I got the new Cool Ranch Doritos Chicken Papadia here, and it absolutely popped off. I hope the chef of this papadia has a wonderful rest of the year and that they find a crisp Benny Franklin on the way to their car one day. I would never have imagined that the flavors that hit my tongue would be able to bring my spirits up and cause me a weeks worth of yearning for another one. The cashier with the pink hair was very kind and epic to me and let me take my time figuring out exactly what I wanted. Her good translation of my order to the chefs was what allowed this journey to occur in the first place. Mwah xoxo love

This location is the Worst! First they left my pizza on the porch, did not knock or ring doorbell. Just left it out there. We didn’t know it was delivered til an hour later. The pizza was hard cold and God knows what got in it. I called to store to inform them of this and they put me on hold an never came back. I called again and Brittney Lopez was hollering and yelling at me as if I was not a paying customer. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. She hung up on me and when I called back and ask for a manager, he was just as rude. Shannon who says he is a store manager told me I was lying and that if I called corporate it would do me any good. Well I called corporate and it’s two weeks later still no one has reach out to me about giving me my money back or even apologizing. I will never order here again. Stay away from this location it’s has the worst and most low class workers and managers I have ever dealt with!

Ordered a pizz a few days ago that appeared to be thrown at my door. Today I ordered a pizza for my daughter that was never delivered even though on the Papa Tracker app it stated it was delivered. This is the worst location I have ever encountered .

I will Never EVER patronize this restaurant again! I ordered a pizza and 24 hot wings totaling $47. When I went to pick it up, and after I paid for the order, I asked for extra buffalo wing sauce to be placed on the wings. The employee told me she would have to charge me extra for this! This is after I have already waited 10 minutes on this order AND after being told it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes. Horrible customer service! I just told the employee to void the entire order, I’ll take my chances with Little Caesar’s extra most bestest and 3 orders of wings (24 total) which only cost me $27. I guess Shaw ultimately didn’t change the culture of this establishment.

I have always loved Papa Johns pizza because of their crust. Yesterday I ordered two pizzas and had them delivered. When I opened the boxes, I was disappointed because they looked like thin crust pizza. I called and asked them to make new ones. They delivered new ones and the crust was no better. Ok, I understand the call for social distancing. However, I waited outside this location while these guys finished up orders for 2 Door Dash drivers in the restaurant. Respectfully, I did not enter the establishment as the sign on the front door requested only 2 customers at a time. My pizzas had BEEN ready. I waited so long that I called into the restaurant to see what was going on, only to be put on hold when there wasn’t even anything going on. The other gentleman had already taken care of the Door Dash orders and all they were doing was waiting. The young lady who put me on hold stepped over to brush flour off the dough machine while they chatted. Placed me on hold for over 3 minutes to do that. One of the Door Dash drivers stepped out for whatever reason and I proceeded in. Ridiculous! You guys need a better pick up for your customers that are not waiting for orders to be completed. 1star for customer service. 2 stars because the pizza was good.

The absolute best around! Cleanest in town. Incredible service. Friendliest staff you’ll ever meet! If you have a negative experience, I suggest revisiting. One mix up shouldn’t determine your overall view. I’ll stand by this store until the end. The employees feel like my friends and family. They’re hard workers and will do just about anything to help you out! Even if it has nothing to do with pizza. They even gave a homeless man a free pizza the other day. Their hearts are huge and their store is the best in the country, I’d say. Jamie is an incredible GM. I’d give this place 1,000 stars if I could!
