I got the new Cool Ranch Doritos Chicken Papadia here, and it absolutely popped off. I hope the chef of this papadia has a wonderful rest of the year and that they find a crisp Benny Franklin on the way to their car one day. I would never have imagined that the flavors that hit my tongue would be able to bring my spirits up and cause me a weeks worth of yearning for another one. The cashier with the pink hair was very kind and epic to me and let me take my time figuring out exactly what I wanted. Her good translation of my order to the chefs was what allowed this journey to occur in the first place. Mwah xoxo love
UPDATE a day later:
The yearning got to me and I ordered a second papadia, this time it was the Parm Crusted Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia. I also got some of those silly little Chicken Parm Bites. My dog was overjoyed to smell the fresh and warm food, as was I. (Do not fret, she did not eat it. It was all mine.) She deeply interrogated the boxes as she wagged her silly long tail and purred. I unboxed my meal joyfully and arranged some of the bites in the shape of a silly little 😮 and :0 face, as pictured. I would like to call this meal art. The papadia and bites themselves were art, but I threw them together to make a masterpiece. Lovely thanks to the chef and the kind care provided by the cashier who put these boxes into my hands.

The delivery was horrible I ordered around 4 and the verification email I received said my order was supposed to arrive around 5:25-5:35. 5:39 rolls around and I call the store wanting to make sure I wasn’t missing anything because the order tracker said my pizza had been delivered. The store then tells me the delivery driver wasn’t able to reach us through phone or by knocking on the door and they brought the pizza back to the store. They said the pizza delivery person would be back on the way with the pizza. An hour later we call back and and the delivery driver hasn’t even left with our food yet (absolutely insane) we were home the entire time and the delivery address was sent with the order!

I was just on the phone With someone on March 16 at 10:14pm and I was trying to make a delivery and the person put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I know this trick what he’s trying to do is trying to make me wait on the line so I won’t order or he’s trying to wait until it’s to let the closing time. What type of service is this is unacceptable there’s any higher-ups or representative I will look into investigating the situation because this person is losing this company money. This has happened in the past before from many friends. I’ve heard the same thing from the likes of it. It seems to be a male. Had a horrible experience I would reconsider ordering from this restaurant and take a second guess and maybe order from Domino’s

Ordered a couple of pizzas and boneless wings with BBQ sauce. The wings were actually frozen chicken nuggets with sauce thrown on top, not even tossed and were inedible. They really should reconsider serving this item unless they improve it. A total waste of money.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a horrible experience with the manager Louise at this location that I have to bring attention to this location. My order was delivered incorrectly so I called to speak to the manager to make them aware that I received someone else’s order. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I would need to bring the order back to the store in order for them to remake my order. She never apologized and yelled at me through the phone and told me that I wouldn’t get my order fixed unless I brought the pizzas back (even though I placed my delivery order directly with the store). She called me a liar even though I was able to provide the order and name of the customer that I received. She hung up in my face and told me i wouldn’t get my order unless I brought the incorrect order back to this location. I came back into the store with the pizzas and she was still very defensive and blamed the door dash driver (although my original order was not placed through door dash). She still didn’t apologize and she blamed her temper on the store being “too busy” and said my pizzas were being remade. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with any business. There’s no way this manager has any management experience because she was extremely out of line.

Bought traditional wings & stuff crust pizza again. Got Buffalo vs Honey Chipotle this time. Honey Chipotle is just much better to me❤️. Anyways, the vibe in the store when I picked up my order was LIVE!! The guys had their music blaring as they worked and the atmosphere was electric! The cashier was relaxed and natural and seemed to be in a great mood. I like being served by people who don’t mind serving. The service was great.

Pizza was undercooked. Then, the lady manager had a horrible attitude when I brought it back the next morning. Saying they cooked at the wrong temp. Not only did they not want to give a refund and make pizza over. She kept stating it was her birthday, and she was not going to let anyone ruin it. Then said corporate coming got to be cool. If I didn’t have to work, I would have stayed like I worked there waiting on Corp. Never again.
