The one thing I’ve never done is eat a lot of fast food BUT I was hungry and hadn’t had a Krystal burger in years so stopped at this location.
This is one of the cleanest restaurant that I have seen in awhile. Everything was neat and clean. The dining room was very nice and had televisions. The counters were clean and even where they cooked was clean. They also have icees like I had when growing up!! Hard to find this type nowadays.
The managers name is Michelle (if I’m correct). She took my order and was very inviting. There was hardly anyone in lobby because most customers seem to use drive through. It took about 5-6 minutes to get my food but I didn’t mind because I was in a nice , clean and safe environment.
When I got my food it was so neat in the bag that I had to take a photo. It was very hot and fresh!! This manager had hired employees who take pride in what they do and has set high standards.

If u want your food stolen from u by the workers this is the place to do online orders. I placed an order here around 4:30am 02/25/2025. Upon arrival to retrieve my order around 4:30-4:45 the two guys working the window refused to give me my order. I offered to show the order number and also to show my ID to receive my order but the guy refused to give me my order. Long story short I left without getting what I purchased. Horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced andthey’re thieves. I could have bought them food if he was hungry they didn’t have to steal

False advertising. It says open 24 hrs. Each time I come at 3am-5am because I work at these times they are closed at this location. Today I came at 545am and was told with an attitude don’t open till 6am. And looked at me with anger like Iv done something. Headquarters need to know about this situation. All lights are on, sign says open and workers are not at the front or at the window.

From my understanding Krystal’s is 24hours. I came to this restaurant at 5:30am and no one answered the speaker nor did anyone come to the window. Instead they decided to hide and peak around the corner. I find that very unprofessional and rude . If you’re have an issue that prevents you from serving people then a simple conversation to the customer would be better. I sat at the window for 10 minutes and someone finally came and said they don’t open till 6am. She was all over the food scratching with no gloves on. I don’t recommend.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! I ordered multiple times from them online AND STILL had to wait AN HOUR!!! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt after the THIRD time of this happening, no more. You lost business and i will definitely spread the word. I literally place online orders so I WON’T have to sit and wait. I give everyone 30 minutes. I gave 30 minutes before only to wait another 40 no exaggeration before they come out AND THE ORDER STILL WASN’T RIGHT!!!! It’s sad because i PAID for extra stuff. DIDN’T GET IT!!! After multiple times of them getting it wrong, I just left. The only reason why I waited was of course because I already paid. Not to mention. IT WAS JUST WINGS!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Go somewhere else… FOREWARNING and I don’t even leave negative reviews, but they deserve it.

There was no one in drive- thru so I was expecting hot food but not that day. The cashier wasn’t friendly and the food was cold. I asked her was it fresh and she shrugged her shoulders. I ate the Krystal burgers but I gave fries back because they were cold.
