Every time I’m at this place it’s a problem. I wish I could give 0 stars or a negative! I had a manager curse me out one time because he didn’t know how to refund my order! If I lived closer to HWY 18 I would just Cho to that one ! I always say I’m going to give them a chance and they are a disappointment to very time. I wish the owners could have the experience. It’s just awful. I hate it here 🙁

The employees was very friendly. The facility was very clean.Enjoyed my food except for the fries. They were extremely Salty. Next time I will request no salt, that was what I was told to do when I call to report it. She did apologize. I did miss my Fries with my meal.Oh well..Keep up the good work!!!

The one and only time I ate at Krystals was in 1974. My Grandma Katherine in Jackson Mississippi took me there. The hamburgers were like White Castle and the drinks were so huge. I remember the whole building was like a red square. Went back home to CA. Never ate there again. The burgers were delicious of course.

The whole night crew need to be fired. I just pulled off because after waiting 45mins. The cashier attitude was so bad. We ordered and she started hollering saying I KNOW WHAT YOU SAID, I CAN HEAR. After calling the order back WRONG. I refuse to spend my money with a facility that hire below standard workers(well her)… a GM need to do pop ups at this location. For service they need a 0 rating!

Ordered 3 Krystal cheese NO PICKLES. All 3 have at least 5 pickles on them. The dining area is closed so they just throw together food because they know you will be home before you realize their error. The receipt was correct so they just don’t care.
