At my house we LOVE Papa John’s, so we kept giving this location and tne next closest plenty of opportunities but it’s just one bad experience after the other. We’ve gotten burnt garlic knots, pizzas with huge crusts and minimum ingredients, cold pizzas, our pizza ingredients messed up often and to top it all off, the customer service is the worst. They’re rude, condescending and have no desire to help you out at all. After some time has passed, we convince ourselves to try again thinking maybe this time it’ll finally be different, we get disappointed again and mad at ourselves for wasting money for such poor quality food and horrible customer service when we know things are always the same. The pizza in the pic was supposed to have tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms on every slice. It looks like someone took a handful and through it in the middle. And a third of each slice is crust. I love my crusts, especially in dipping sauce, but when I pay so much money for a pizza, I expect a good pizza. Otherwise I would’ve just gotten breadsticks.

My order was subpar. I definitely was rubbed the wrong way when I realized that the cheese sticks crust was completely burnt. Also, the grilled chicken on the pizza was super dry. I guess that’s what I get when I use a coupon code on my order. I’ll only come here if I have a discount, because I rather just go to Little Caesars with my $5.

Extremely horrible service and terrible overcooked food. I was told that they make their own rules and even if something is wrong with an order, they can refuse to fix it or issue a refund when a customer is unhappy. Workers that don’t care about their jobs or the customers. If I’m to single out the worker, Jay is his name, and to think this is who they have to manage the store. We as a people have to do better because of course I received a better experience in the short time dealing with who Jay called “the worker”, his name was Liam. Very polite, kind, and understanding. Jay on the other hand was very condescending, nonchalant, and topped it off using foul language when I asked for District Manager’s info to file a formal complaint. He refused to give me any info at all, I’m not even sure if Jay is his actual name. However, from the beginning he was very unapologetic regarding mistakes, zero accountability, and no professional attitude at all, just utterly disrespectful behavior. Completely unacceptable. I’ll definitely be having a conversation with Oscar the DM, as well as contacting corporate to file a formal complaint directly regarding rectifying these issues and handling him accordingly. If you like great happy service and always a hit, never a miss on the food – maybe just stick with Pizza Hut because I have never had a bad experience that wasn’t taken care of with attentiveness and professionalism there. Yes, I can understand mistakes happen or even misunderstandings, but I’ve never been handled with such disrespect, neglect, and overall disregard as a customer. I never even leave reviews but I’m very disheartened by my experience earlier tonight. Best regards to all reading.

Never order ahead!! Terrible customer service! I made an order ahead of time for the next morning for a baby shower. Received my email confirmation for the right date and when my sister on law went to pick it up, they told her they did not have an order under that name. They checked the order and told her they did not have it. My sister in law had to go to little ceasars to get pizza last minute. When i call after the party for a refund they first said that the order was picked up. When i told them that it was not picked up they put me on hold and then said that i had placed the order wrong and it was made the day before (which is when i made the order) and they could not give me a refund. When i asked to speak to a manager , he stated that he was the manager. Never ordering ffrom here again.
