I don’t know why every time I come to this Dunkin is always an issue. Either they’re out of flavors or they’re out of cups. Every Friday and weekend they are out of things first things like whoever is doing the ordering does not order enough. If the staff makes something wrong we want to argue with you about how it’s supposed to be made instead of how you ask for it to be made.

They always get the coffee right! The food is always good as well. The employees are polite and work quickly so you don’t have to wait long in the drive thru or inside. The bathroom is always clean, this location is a good place to stop if you need a restroom.

They had literally nothing for food and said management just doesn’t order anything, all they had to offer was hash browns and donuts so I reluctantly ordered and then they gave me not even cooked hashbrowns back that were falling apart in my hand obviously I asked for my money back. Do not go to this location I feel bad the workers are all new and nice but why go when they have no food and what you are given is raw

This Dunkin SUCKS!!!: I use to go there everyday..for ice coffee but haven’t been there for 2 months cause of the service. I go to the other one up the street. The line outside takes forever!! Also the line inside… After waiting about 10 to 15 minutes to place a order they get wrong. It shouldn’t be wrong with the price you pay for everything plus the waiting.. Anyway the service is terrible. I just went there anhour ago, which I haven’t been there for couple months. Guess what!! My order and my friends order was wrong. I brought them back inside to get new one’s, wrong again?!?!?! We left.. Never again

I go here either on my way to or from dropping my son off to work (he does not work here). It’s always hit or miss how thing will turn out. The coffee is never made properly and it’s one of the specialty coffees. I’ve order other coffees that I give exact what I want and still they mess it up. Anything other then donuts is burn and taste like they’ve never cleaned their cooking equipment. Unfortunately this is the one on my way. But today the guy was rude when I asked for my coffee and the lady at the window was miserable. I understand people have off days but your job is customer service.

On a Sunday morning around 11:30am, they were out of so many items. No latè! Only plain bagels. When I went to the window to get my order, it took about 2 minutes. Not good service for a drive thru.

Went for a coffee, drive thru line was long so I went in. Wasn’t even spoken to for about five minutes as they only cared about the drive thru line. I finally yelled over to ask if there was counter help, but the two ladies told me they were trying to take care of the large line. I walked out when I saw one of the ladies test the temp of the Colombian coffee with her finger, then serve the cup to someone. I was so disgusted, I’ll be skipping this place from now on.

I went to this Dunkin this past week and sat there for ten minutes while a worker named Caliegh who was sitting on their phone ignoring me and not helping coworkers. She was rude, miserable and unwelcoming. With her service, I and everyone I know will never be coming here again!
