I would have given them no stars if there was an option. We flew back from Texas and ordered 5 pizzas. The employee called us twice to confirm if the order was legitimate and not a prank order and we said no its not a prank order. Then he asked for payment and we said we are on our way and will pay you cash once there and he said ok see you then, the order will be ready in 15-20 mins. We drove there 30 mins to pick up the order and the manager refused to give us our food as according to her, her employee messed up and forgot to inform us that they need money before hand if the order is above $50. We were never informed about it. Manager did not give us our order nor offer anything to compensate their mistake. So, now we are here at 1:30am without food.

They purposely ignore customers that come in and act like they didn’t hear/see you come in. You literally have to speak to them multiple times for them to acknowledge you came in to their store. I’ve never seen anything like it. Worst customer service of any store I have ever been to. I expect this location will close from these antics as people start going to other locations.

To be clear, delivery driver was very nice, and mistakes do happen, but this was the 2nd time this store forgets to bring my soda. Called management for a resolution and was told “mistakes happen.” No offer for a resolution. Last time I’m Ordering from this pizza chain.

They called the police on me and my wife because we were “sitting in the parking lot for too long”. We were deciding on what we wanted to order in the car. The police came and said that the establishment would like us to leave the property.. It really blows my mind that sitting in the parking lot for maybe 15 minutes is grounds for the police being called and getting kicked off the property. I can say I really like papa John’s pizza. But I can absolutely guarantee that this location will never get my business ever again.
