It took 2 hours to deliver one pizza, which, after all their fees and tip was over $30. Of course, it was cold when it got here. I tried calling the store and waited on hold for over 20 min. Every time the phone would ring, right back on hold. Finally, someone picked it up, I could hear voices in the background, but they just hung it up. I called back and got the same exact thing. I tried calling again, but they just ran out the clock till the store closed. Ridiculously terrible service and low quality food. Stay away from this store.

The pizza is always good. We tried to order on the app but it would not go through. So we had to order in person. They told us that the specials were only on line. We explained that the app wasn’t working. They did not care and then charged us $20 more than it would have cost on the app. That is ridiculous for just three pizzas. The specials weren’t that great on line. I will be hesitant to purchase from here is the future.

There is NOTHING WORSE than a person answering the phone that speaks a language other than ENGLISH. I understand there is an issue in finding employees, BUT NOT MY PROBLEM!!! Since we are staying at a hotel, I asked her if we could get paper plates and napkins, and she said yes. Not a big problem, right? WRONG, the driver showed up without paper plates and napkins. Here is an idea, HIRE PEOPLE THAT SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, or close up.

I am absolutely disgusted with this place I ordered a pizza to my work it took an hour to get here and I took the first bite and realize the pizza is moving and sure enough there was this little roach running around on the pizza! I tried to call to talk to the manager and I was on hold for 35 minutes until they closed!!!! Beyond angry with this place

I ordered from here on Friday night. I finalized my order and saw that it would be from 119-129 mins for delivery. I immediately called and canceled my order and changed it for pick up. I wanted to also know if I could pair a pizza with a padia. I asked the person that answered the phone how that worked and she said “I don’t know.” I had tried to order it online and I ended up with 2 pizzas and 2 padias. So when I called, I changed my order to a meat lovers lg,and a padia. When I picked my order up and got home, I realized there was no receipt and I had been charged the original price that was online. This $41 included delivery and tip. I didn’t not get an updated amount after changing my order. I have tried to call the store since Friday night. And I have yet to speak to anyone. I understand everyone is short handed, but that is poor service.

We order from them all the time online. They have the best service. Pizza is always on time and hot and fresh. We do no contact delivery so they leave it on the porch and knock on door. They even call to make sure we receive our food. Highly recommend!!
