So I ordered a 14 inch thin crust meat lovers, light sauce, extra cheese, add mushrooms. Had a friend pick it up. Was absolutely the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m a PIZZA HUT kind of gurl, but that pizza just made me switch. Shout out to the cook. Awesome and ty. Here’s a photo of what’s left lol. Im editing this review. Ordéred the same pizza just a 10 inch today August 7th at around 5 pm. Paid extra for mushrooms and cheese. Almost $30 bucks for a 10 in thin crust. Pizza got here it was hand tossed. Don’t like all the bread. Called the manager just to be informed that you have to order a large to get thin crust. Got hung up on by the manager just because I told him that this wasn’t an option on door dash. Tried calling back for an hour and he refused to answer my call so that I could tell him he needs to contact door dash to change the options. Rude AF, hung up in my face. I’ve been a loyal customer at this establishment for many years. Never again will I spend my money there again. Going back to pizza hut. Atleast when they mess up you don’t get hung up on. I will not be having pizza here. Roach infested!! There is a staff member who talks and talks and talks his head off. However, will ignore me for 5 minutes until I am greeted by the gentleman who killed the roach in front of me. RP : Heads up about the Papa Johns on Oglethorpe. Workers were stating “a little extra protein wouldn’t hurt just a little bit of protein” and the manager stated “if your talking about what I think your talking about you should cut it out” then another employee commented “no he was talking about some chicken”. I didn’t even grab my food I just walked out. Foul foul foul.

They send you to a designated line just to take your order, you wait 20-30 minutes just to get the pizza if not longer, and then once you finally get it the order is wrong, and……… the manager could care less!! I just had the most horrible interaction with the manager of the Papa John’s in Hinesville, GA 533 W. Oglethorpe Hwy, 29 Jul @12:30. This Lady, since she wouldn’t let her worker give me her name on my 3rd call, was absolutely rude and unprofessional from the get go. She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say or cared about what I needed – she hung up on. me. So I called back – she got the same energy-Then she nastily refused to serve me and hung up on me again because I said “I still want f-ing pizza today.” I didn’t curse at her or called her outside her name. So I called back again- they placed me on hold for a minute then one of the workers answered finally- much more respectable – but you can hear in the background talking a whole lot mess..we not serving her, we not delivering to her, and we doing nothing for her the entire time I was on the phone…I just wanted her name – she don’t have to worry about me ever coming to that Papa John’s – I don’t trust her to do or make anything for me. But I do work on Fort Stewart / I am retired military and I’m going to tell anyone that ask me anything about Pizza – “To avoid that place”. As a past restaurant owner and past manager at fast foods -that was a horrible experience and a bad example to the workers. It’s sad because I prefer PJ’S pizza to Pizza Hut and Dominos since I lived in South Carolina- and this was my first experience in Georgia. No thank you – I’m good.

Terrible Customer Service!!! I ordered a pizza online and went into pick it up since I was notified my pizza was ready. It’s very crowded and busy in there so I stand in the only spot available while the people who were there before me go to the cashier etc…well after the people who were in there before me got their stuff and 3 other people who walked in after me, the cashier lady (she was old and short) started asking for everyone to call out names, well I guess I didn’t say it loud enough so I wasn’t assisted. Now I figured since I’m being overlooked I’ll just stand by the cashier and I waited while a lady payed and I said “excuse me ma’am can I get my pizza”. She came back with such a nasty attitude and said “you can wait in line like everyone else”. So I said “I was and everyone else went ahead of me”. She started a whole commotion over an assumption. I’m sorry it was busy and stressful but putting your frustration out on customers is very unnecessary. She needs to be put in the kitchen if she can’t be patient

We’ve never had a bad experience here. We always order online because it’s just easier, but our orders arrive fast and the pizza is always really good and you can tell it was made fresh. Way better than dominoes or Pizza Hut.

Ordered delivery, like I always do. The driver pulled into my driveway and sat there for 10 minutes. After coming outside, she says “y’all ain’t gone tip”. I had to tell her I was tipping in cash. How unprofessional for a delivery driver to “ask” for a tip.
