Last night we ordered the Pizza and wings and they were good. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The next day my husband and I got sick. My husband was worse off than me. This experience has not turned me off of Papa John’s. I just will not be eating at this location ever again.

I ordered from here today and it took over 4 hours to get my pizza. When I called them to ask they said it hasnt even been started yet. When it got to me it was cold and ruined in the box. Youre better off with ANY other delivery food than this Papa John’s.

We ordered delivery around 6pm. The website showed the soonest delivery was 8:30. After 9pm and we still had no pizza and no updates on the website. After waiting 20 minutes on hold we finally spoke to someone who said they had two drivers and 50 orders in front of ours. We could come pick it up because it has been done but he had no idea how long it’s been done. I understand a rush on a holiday but I’m giving 0 stars for the lack of Communication. An update on the order status online could’ve sorted this out sooner so my child wasn’t waiting until after 9pm for a dinner that never came. We ended up cancelling the order and hopefully will get a refund in 3-5 business days according to the employee we spoke to on the phone.

The 2nd star was for the delivery guy and timing….wings good, garlic knots, okay.
But I absolutely can’t take back seeing and knowing that whoever touched my pizza, was a brunette…which I discovered after eating the slice next to ‘it’.
I’ve had prior great experiences with this location but this was a really really bad one-off.
Not planning on ordering in near future…hair nets—their ugly but they worked.
Yes, I took it off and put in trash, no I dont have photos— this post was an after thought.
Management this happened tonight between 5-7 pm.

kindly stop outsourcing to doordash they are ALWAYS missing something and sometimes don’t even arrive at all . This is mainly a grip at papa johns as a company but it’s happened to me here almost every time i decide to order delivery…even when i give a decent tip….it doesn’t feel like it matters so yea

First, I generally have very little issue with this restaurant but it’s been going down hill each and every time we go.
And I really wouldn’t be writing this review but I asked them to contact me after I filled out the survey and they didn’t. So here goes:
I ordered 2 extra large New York style pizzas with extra cheese, one with cuppy-roni, for me and my friends for dinner last night.
The pizzas that should have EXTRA cheese, barely had any, and I have a broken foot so this was the one thing I was looking forward to, and the pizza was rock hard. We couldn’t even EAT the pizzas they were so bad. It was like chewing on cardboard.
I don’t care if the prices are higher at Pizza Hut, they have better quality and when you pay for an addition there: you actually get it.

Driver was so polite, but a requested well-done pie was inedible and absolutely raw. We threw all of the food away. 50 dollars is too much to waste while simultaneously wasting food. Stinks as this was the only go-to for a semi-decent pizza in town.
