Ordered the shaq a roni pizza, pizza was cold, crust tasted like old grease. About 1/2 the pepperoni and cheese that it should have. Save your money go somewhere else!!

I placed an order for delivery and I’ve had problems with DoorDash and other places not delivering to the correct address in the past so I called the store to make sure they had all the correct info, which Rachel, the manager, assured me they knew where I was and sent the driver on her way. After a long wait I called back and Rachel said “nobody answered at the gate so she came back”. Nobody called me asking for a gate code, and my phone never rang, nor my husbands. Which means she didn’t even try looking me up at the box. When I told her that, she apologized and sent the driver back. When we met her at the gate she had a nasty attitude and proceeded to speed out of the parking lot. I almost followed her to the store but I didn’t want a fight. I took my almost cold pizza inside and called Rachel to let her know how terrible the service was and she apologized and said she’d take care of it but I know nothing will be done about it. They didn’t care from the start, obviously. All they had to do was call my cell before leaving the FIRST time. Common sense. I’ll never order food from this location again. Terrible.

The pizza came cold. We was told that the pizza would be here at 8:00 bit it got here at 8:45. It was not good at all. It was cold and although I ordered half of one pizza to have spinach, mushrooms and green peppers, it had mostly green peppers. I am very disappointed with this order. I will not purchase anymore pizza anytime soon.

Dry tasteless crust/bread, no taste whatsoever, toppings and cheese practically non existent. Literally had to put it in the oven with some seasoning and oil to bring the pizza to life the second I got home. Waste of money and time.

Thank you BRENT for the great customer service before we even entered the store he walked back into work before us and held the door. He also completed our order with cups, napkins, plates and a “have a nice night”
Robert assisted us with placing our order and he was pleasant. The one thing he could have done better was placing our receipt in our hand instead we of sliding it across the counter.
I like that there is a machine to purchase trading cards, a donation jar for veterans and lots of seating.

First of all, it took an hour and a half to get my food. When I called the guy said they were backed up (understandable for a Friday but update your service times online!) Secondly, I finally get my food and the pizza dough is as flat as can be nothing like the soft fluffy dough you normally get from PJ’s and my boneless Buffalo chicken was barely sprinkled with sauce (see attached pic.) So ridiculous! We will take our business elsewhere from now on!

Tried to place an order on line to PICK UP and it wouldn’t let me unless I LEFT A TIP!! On a carry put order. Couldn’t choose CASH because i needed to pick it up after work. I would rather you just raise your price then expeck a tip on a carry put order.

Man, who ever made my pizza made it with Love! God bless you guys for the great meal and delivery to the truck stop! We worked hard all day and really appreciate the excellent pizza, and delivery service was exceptional as well. Thank you, driver, for your kindness and professionalism!

Asked for a half veggie half pepperoni… got 3/4 pepperoni and 1/4 veggie. Not even that mad at that part, but the wings were the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. They were basically chicken nuggets from a frozen tv dinner with bbq sauce dumped on them. They weren’t even shaken so that they were coated when I received them. Overall throwing them away and would not recommend.

Well this time the order was timely but look at the picture…
My order took an hour and a half to be delivered and the food was cold. Papa Johns essentially robbed me of the cost of the garbage that was delivered. I guess getting pizza delivered timely and hot is not possible in Commerce. I had a similar experience with Dominos this evening and had to cancel the order after 2 hours, but in the defense of the manager at Papa Johns, he is a former Dominos employee, so I guess it stands to reason. Have no fear Papa Johns, you will never deal with me as a customer again. I do not associate with thieves.
