First of all, it took an hour and a half to get my food. When I called the guy said they were backed up (understandable for a Friday but update your service times online!) Secondly, I finally get my food and the pizza dough is as flat as can be nothing like the soft fluffy dough you normally get from PJ’s and my boneless Buffalo chicken was barely sprinkled with sauce (see attached pic.) So ridiculous! We will take our business elsewhere from now on!

We ordered 3 of the crustless pizza bowls and a few other things. The bowls are currently $8 a piece. It seemed like a rip off because the toppings just barely covered the bottom of the bowl and didn’t really fill the bowl even a quarter of the way up. Maybe that’s what it’s supposed to be like but seems to be overpriced and not much food. Good for a snack, not a meal.

I’ve always had a mediocre experience from this store. I keep ordering because their pizza is usually very good despite poor service. I just ordered from there, and the pizza came out great, but the cheese sticks look more like breadsticks and I can’t get anyone on the phone to get a replacement. There’s probably cheese on 25% of this. It doesn’t even look good. Why would this make it out of the store, much less to a customer’s house?

In the past I’ve had issues with this place ……however I wanted to come back and update my review. Over the past 6 month, this Papa Johns has been amazing. I’m always okay with having to wait longer times when getting delivery because I know places get busy….but in the past 6 months my delivery has always been earlier then the estimated time given. Also the fact that this pizza place is the only pizza place around that while actually deliver to my house of course that is plus but from how awesome my service has been in the past 6 months even if I had another choice I would still choose them. My orders have been perfect and I usually don’t ever order just basic pizza. They have even got my more difficult orders perfect. It’s always been hot when I receive it, always taste great, and every delivery person acted professional, friendly, and always appreciative. They have honestly been so much better, that I even went way outta my way to change my google review. I done this because I felt like they needed to see it. I just wanted the employees to know your hard work is not going unnoticed and these employees have majorly changed the quality of that place for the better. So I highly recommend anyone who may have stop giving them your business from past issues to definitely give them another shot!!! You won’t regret it because it’s definitely changed for the better in a big way!

Husband and I ordered their wings plain and Buffalo. They are hands down amazing. Very juicy and tender with a nice crisp great flavor. Also ordered their stuffed crust pizza little soggy but waited a few minutes and it was fine. The sauce is light (no heavy sluggish feeling) and toppings are fresh. GREAT pizza and wings would definitely recommend.

Usually Papa John’s is the best. Tonight, I picked up my order and it was totally wrong. The dough was dry and I was shocked to see the few pieces of chicken on our Papadias. The sauce was incorrect and the dough was like cardboard.

I’ve been to this location several times. I can’t say anything has ever stood out as great, but recently I went to pick up an online order. The guy that was working was extremely rude. When I walked in I said I’m here to pick up an order. He just stared at me, so I said it’s for (my name). I’m guessing that’s what he was waiting on, but without asking he assumed I was a mind reader. He pulled up the order, grabbed my cold pizza (that’s not even my issue at this point) and slid it across the counter. Then said the total. I don’t know what was wrong with the screen but he was almost punching it. In the middle of paying I forgot that I wanted to add a 2 liter. I paid and asked when we were done if I could purchase a two liter as well. He rolled his eyes went to the drink cooler grabbed the drink and slung it on the counter, told me my total like he was annoyed. I paid and he just walked off. I needed plates but at that point I was done! That will be my last time going to this one. I’ll drive the extra 10 mins to the other location.
