Will NEVER order from here again!! Me and my entire family got food poisoning from here. Me, My Husband and My children are suffering from intense stomach pain, vomiting, dizziness and diarrhea. I feel a tad bit better which is why I can write this review. I knew it was a sign when I got there and they said I never placed an order for the day. I should have just cancelled and went somewhere else. Apparently the employees here don’t care about hygiene and proper work related cleanliness. I will never return here!!!!! EVER!!!!

Food was suppose to get here at 12 to 12:15. So I call and the manager tells me “ I don’t see the big deal it’s on the way” …. Irs 12:45 now. No sorry for the delay, no here’s a coupon. I gave a 10$ tip. And I got to watch the car on the map go the opposite direction from my house. Because they want to wait 90 minutes and get as many deliveries as possible. I ordered via phone. I told the lady I wanted WORKS BBQ sauce (light sauce) I specifically said no black olives and pepperoni. Only for my pizza to be delivered as black olives and pepperoni with regular sauce. If you didn’t understand me, you could have just asked me to repeat myself ♀️. I rated 3 stars because customer service was great but didn’t put down my correct order.

This is my second tome ordering from this location and first time ordering the chicken poppers. I understand that you can’t control how product is shipped to you, but this is unacceptable. I ordered a 10 piece. I got 5-6 decent pieces and some scraps. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but they failed to meet expectations miserably quite a few times. The store seems full of employees but they are never adequately staffed to manage the workload. Customer service is POOR. Customers are never acknowledged the last several times I’ve order here. Most times, customers are lined up around the walls and windows, but this time, they were lined up outside the door. If I hadn’t have already paid. I would have cancelled. Inventory all around the store looks a mess and all over the windows and benches. I look at my tracker, pizza says ready, only to wait in line for 10-20 minutes, get to the counter and still have to wait an additional 10 minutes. This has happened a few times (the wait). Tonight was the last straw for me. I cannot comeback here in good conscience.

This used to be the best pizza in McDonough. But now it’s like the pizza was straight out of the freezer. The toppings were skimpy, and the doe tasted like burnt crackers. Even the cheese sticks were dry. It was like there was no cheese. I was so disappointed.

My wife ordered two pizzas for carry-out from this location Thursday night. The woman at the counter was the rude and extremely unpleasant toward my wife for no reason. Her attitude was awful & she doesn’t need to be working in customer service. We will not use this location again.
