I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery from the kannpolis store last night. I paid over the phone. The pizza never came. I called this morning to speak with manager. He said the refund should be back on my card within 24-48 hrs. I asked what was the problem why wasnt it delivered? Why nobody called to tell me it wasn’t going to be delivered. He said he didn’t know. He was dry… never said sorry… no compensation for the inconvenience or nothing! No stars…& 5 thumbs down

I don’t know how those boys were surviving the heat. It was literally an oven in there. Despite that, they were super friendly and cheerful. Food wasn’t super great, but I’m assuming they were delirious from the heat. Shame on management and the franchise owner for deplorable working conditions. I hope those two guys get better, safer jobs soon.

The food isn’t bad, but, they might give you a medium (12 inch) instead of a large. a large has about 1/2 more sq inches. If you subtract the extra inches of crust and consider that there are less toppings then its practically a small (10 inch). This seems like something other papa johns have been doing too. The Last time this happened. I had to request to be contacted 3 times before the store manager emailed and said that it looked like they had given me a stuffed crust and that only comes in 14 inches.

My cheese sticks were okay.. however the brownie that I ordered was almost crushed by the time I got here. Poor making. The brownie was so crusted over that it was literally impossible to pick a piece up as a whole, and the top of the brownie was just full of brownie crumbs when it should have been in one piece. The tray was bent which means somewhere down the line it was crushed during transportation however the guy that delivered was really nice. I couldn’t even pick these things up without half of the brownies sticking to the bottom of the tray so they were probably undercooked. You can see the areas where I tried to pick up a brownie from different parts and couldn’t even get the whole thing out in one piece. I’ve ordered from here before and never had a problem but I probably won’t be ordering for a while. People don’t realize you can order from any place so when somebody chooses your establishment you should pay attention to detail and look at each item before it’s taken out for delivery.

I would give it five stars but every time I ask for extra cheese they still give me regular cheese (i can still see very much of the sauce) Overall its good but i wish they would listen to my request…It was right there in the order: an extra cheese stuffed crust pizza, yet i still get a thin layer of cheese on top. Ordered a pizza for my son and I to enjoy while watching basketball….he loves dominos but I like Papa John’s….since we were watching basketball we decided to get a Shaqaroni Pizza it was estimated to be 35mins but came in 25mins…..the Pizza was hot and looked awesome….plenty of pepperoni and cheese on each of the large NY “style” slices….the pepperoni had a little crisp to em which I love….overall a good Pizza for $13.99

I have been coming here consistently for a year, and it’s honestly been too long for me not to write a review. This location hasn’t once failed to get my order 100% accurate and it’s always hot and fresh. Full disclosure, I live a very short distance from the store, and exclusively get carryout as I pickup pizza to and from work. Additionally, I am not picky and usually order items as they come from the menu, or basic 1 topping pizzas (to get the $7.99 specials). I say this because if you order delivery or get other menu items your mileage may vary. I almost exclusively get Pizza and Papadias (though not always) and both are always extremely good. Many of the staff working the register know me by name and are always extremely welcoming. I also find that topping portions are hearty on my pizzas. Now, whether this has to do with me being a regular or not I don’t know lol. Either way, I’m always satisfied with this location and over the literal dozens of times I’ve been here I have never received anything wrong (unless I simply clicked the wrong button in the app). The pizza made was the pizza ordered every single time and the quality is top notch. I highly recommend this location, and don’t doubt that any issues would be taken care of by the management and staff if you reached out to them directly should one occur. Thank you all!
