I stopped in to order mine and my partner’s lunch to go. A very friendly young lady took my order. I ordered 2 Two Meat Plates. For myself I ordered Ribs and Pulled Pork with Mashed Potatoes and Baked Beans. For my partner I ordered Chicken and Sliced Brisket with Fries and Baked Beans. My order was ready in about 20 minutes and the young lady showed me everything in my order as she packed it, assuring me it was completed accurately. She included plastic silverware, napkins, condiments and barbecue sauce (mild and spicy). I had a 20-minute ride back to Sayre. When I arrived home I immediately unpacked everything. The only thing that was warm was the Baked Beans and the Mashed Potatoes. The Fries were very cold, and the meat was room temperature. Everything was still tasty, but should have been hotter, even with the 20-minute ride.

Ordered in Elk City. 15 plus dollars for a baked potato with brisket, bacon, butter, sour cream and cheese. Hardly any meat at all on it. Not much butter. It was to go at hotel. No salt or pepper. Paid over 40.00 for meal for 2 and very bland without seasonings. Very disappointed. The person even assured us all the condiments were in the bag because we were at the hotel.

Dinner. 1/12/26. I have never eaten ribs anywhere and not needed to go wash up afterwards until I ate at the Rib Crib. The dry rub must’ve been over applied because these were the driest ribs I’ve ever had. Flavor was good, but very thin ribs and dried out. The brisket must’ve gotten extra dry rub or it was well, well done slices of sirloin. Had to cut with a knife and was really tough. Terrible barbeque. The beans were good and the potato salad was ok. Glad I tried the Rib Crib at least. Now I know better.

The combo Pigman sandwich is just as good here as at other locations. The tea and the house chips just as tasty here as at other locations. I think it’s best to get here well before the final hour of serving because I see from other reviews how great the service here can be. To be fair – I asked, when rolling in at 9:10, if they were trying to close. I waited 7-8 minutes for a waitress. No onions or pickles on the sandwich. No refill on tea. Had a great view of the Chiefs game and the waitress did come with some pickles & onions with about 3-4 bites left in the sandwich. I chuckled when I heard her bemoan to her counterparts how poor the tips had been tonight. That was no surprise. But the sandwich was just fine and maybe it was a long day for all. I dropped $10 cash on top of my little company card tip just to try to make her day a little better. Next time I’ll try to stop in the Elk City Rib Crib at a daylight hour and know they’ll be in better form.

Wasn’t as good as it normally is. I usually really really enjoy the food. Today it was a little lack luster but good. Took my kids there for the 1st time and they said it was okay! I will be back and try again. Sometimes it just depends on the cook. I gave 5 stars cuz normally I love it here mac n cheese is good.

After a long day of traveling, we ordered wings and beans from Rib Crib. If reviews were based on these two items alone, they’d definitely have 5+ stars!
Absolutely delicious and the BEST wings AND beans I’ve ever had!! Ordered takeout so can’t rate the atmosphere. But I promise that the next time we travel this way, we will plan on stopping in Elk City just so we can eat their delicious food again!!

We stayed next door at the Hampton Inn so had two meals at Rib Crib. It was my first time trying there food and Igor’s it. The pulled pork was delicious, moist and tender! The brisket was top notch. The side salad is HUGE! The staff was friendly and did a wonderful job. Won’t be afraid to try this chain again in other cities because they did such a great job.

No good service! My family of six went to eat here and the Mac and cheese was DRY! Our waiter never came check on us and we never got a refill ONCE while we were there. Would not recommend. Our waiter was Madison. She also said there wasn’t no fries, the couple that sat next to us ordered fries and got them. When we asked about the fries all she could say was “oh I think we just now stocked up” mind you she told us the truck wasn’t coming in until tomorrow.
