Food is always great & correct. No issue with the actual store. Do not order online delivery. They deliver through door dash & don’t properly translate your selections for delivery instructions after the order is placed. We order from here frequently & always select “leave at door” through the Papa John’s website, because our dog is not friendly with strangers & our cats frequently try to run out the door. It’s easier for us to grab it after the driver has left. Never has the door dash driver just left it at the door. Not sure how the whole process works, but it’s obviously not with enough thought for the customer since delivery instructions are being blatantly ignored by the people they’re having deliver the food. I’m aware it’s more of a corporate issue, but maybe they’ll actually pay attention when their stores start getting negative reviews because of it. It’s enough to make us avoid ordering from Papa John’s. Dominoes doesn’t seem to have the same issue & they deliver through door dash as well.

The food isn’t bad, but, they might give you a medium (12 inch) instead of a large. a large has about 1/2 more sq inches. If you subtract the extra inches of crust and consider that there are less toppings then its practically a small (10 inch). This seems like something other papa johns have been doing too. The Last time this happened. I had to request to be contacted 3 times before the store manager emailed and said that it looked like they had given me a stuffed crust and that only comes in 14 inches.

This is not an eat in restaurant. So I’m not sure that atmosphere applies here but there isn’t anywhere to sit and you aren’t greeted when you walk in. It’s a mix bag as far as what you’ll get. I’ve had both phenomenal pizza and garbage pizza from here. If you order extra cheese it’s a gamble. I’ve gotten extra cheese that is perfect and I’ve gotten an extra cheese pizza that literally had almost no cheese. ♀️ I’ll add a pic of the last “extra cheese” pizza we received. The papa dough rewards are nice. The cheeseburger pizza was a huge hit, but when we tried to re-order it, this location didn’t have the sauce. Again..its a gamble. This papa johns is like a box of chocolates..you never know what you’re gonna get.

My cheese sticks were okay.. however the brownie that I ordered was almost crushed by the time I got here. Poor making. The brownie was so crusted over that it was literally impossible to pick a piece up as a whole, and the top of the brownie was just full of brownie crumbs when it should have been in one piece. The tray was bent which means somewhere down the line it was crushed during transportation however the guy that delivered was really nice. I couldn’t even pick these things up without half of the brownies sticking to the bottom of the tray so they were probably undercooked. You can see the areas where I tried to pick up a brownie from different parts and couldn’t even get the whole thing out in one piece. I’ve ordered from here before and never had a problem but I probably won’t be ordering for a while. People don’t realize you can order from any place so when somebody chooses your establishment you should pay attention to detail and look at each item before it’s taken out for delivery.

We placed a takeout order at this location at 8pm tonight- kid at the front said it would be 15-20 minutes, no big deal. We come back 20 minutes later to pickup and they say it’ll be a few more minutes. The same girl at the front register gives our food to someone else, completely oblivious. She then paces around for the next 5 minutes before telling ANYONE her mistake. We ask when it’ll be ready after 50 minutes and the blonde behind the counter snaps back with an attitude like we’re the issue and bothering HER. Horrible experience overall customer service wise, just for us to wait an hour in total for wings and cheese sticks. We will never be back to this location. For anyone wondering, order online and maybe you won’t have to deal with these people.

I ordered their new pizza the big New York pizza and mine come with no sauce on it at all u only taste meat cheese and bread and I luv to taste the sauce that’s what make the pizza call back and talk to the manger no help just held the phone wasn’t no help I just hang up on him no more papa John for me pizza Hut from now on

Good pizza, good service. I prefer when their drivers deliver but I understand that they do get busy and have to let a service help sometimes. They get busy because the pizza is always good.

I would give it five stars but every time I ask for extra cheese they still give me regular cheese (i can still see very much of the sauce) Overall its good but i wish they would listen to my request…It was right there in the order: an extra cheese stuffed crust pizza, yet i still get a thin layer of cheese on top. I don’t understand…
