I haven’t ordered here in a while, and usually no problems. But this time, I feel rather skimped on topping. And the Drive Up, Pick Up option was a joke. I waited for several minutes and finally walked in to get it. Seemed to be only 2 people working, and one training the other. I know everywhere is struggling a bit and doing what they can, but if customers are willing to wait a little extra time, give them a GOOD QUALITY pizza.

I am very disappointed in this location. I was so excited for it to open nearby. I went in at 1030 PM and Google said it was still open. The man at the front said they don’t take in walk in orders after 10. I left and ordered it via Uber Eats. My driver called and said that when he went to pick up the pizza the same man (based on the physical description) said they canceled the order because they didn’t want to make it and told him to call Uber Eats support. They basically decided to just not work anymore. I’ll continue ordering from Pizza Hut and never order from this location, which is sad for the community.

Pizza was cold and not fresh! Olives tasted expired and disgusting! And when I called the store, the manager questioned if I actually ordered from that store as if I don’t know where I ordered from. I will never order again. I see why I stopped ordering this years ago!

Ordered 2 1/2 hours ahead of time to make sure that the pizzas would arrive when we needed them. As I write this review, the delivery is 1 hour and 5 minutes late. I was on hold for 39 minutes, trying to cancel my order, before someone hung up on me. I still have received no email about the delivery delay. My children are hungry and I now have to scramble for dinner before bedtime.

The person who delivered my pizza was very kind, but the pizza itself was inedible. It wasn’t cut most of the way, the majority of pepperoni was sloshed on one side with a few others elsewhere, grease was dripping off the sides and pooling in the middle, and the cheese tasted like it had been sitting out all day. (To be clear, I didn’t order extra cheese. I just ordered a normal pepperoni pizza.) This location has been repeatedly unfortunate no matter how many times I’ve given it another chance in the past two years. I wish there was an option to request a delivery from another location online. This store’s quality is noticeably worse than any other Papa John’s I have eaten at – including Raleigh and Durham stores (which consistently deliver great pizzas). Why is that?

Ordered online but never got my order. I got a text saying they sent it via door dash even though I ordered from the store. Door Dash claimed my address was incomplete but it was not. They claimed I could not get a refund even though I never received the order. I called the local store which said they would reach out to door dash. Half an hour passed so I called back. The girl then proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and manager challenged my claim that I was hung up on. Manager proceeded to claim they were busy and that was what was taking so long. Then he hung up.

Orders at 10:30. Order stated estimated delivery at 11:28. As the time passed by the app would say a later delivery time. Tried calling the location for ten minutes straight and no answer. By 11:55pm I managed to find the door dash driver number and texted about my order. I got a response five minutes later saying they had zero service which is a lie because there is ALWAYS service here and my food was outside at the door. After receiving the text I received an order delivered notification. My food was cold and my kids fell asleep before they could eat. So unprofessional and I will calling on today as well.

My bf ordered for pick-up and forgot to add that on my pizza I wanted garlic crust. So we arrive 7 minutes early before the finish time. My bf goes in and asks the manager if the garlic crust could be put on my pizza before the order was done. The African American lady manager says no you have to order it that way. My bf then proceeds to try and reason offering to pay extra for the garlic crust. An employee from the back then proceeds to say he can do that for us. She then cuts him off and says no don’t put that on the pizza. So now me and the other workers are looking at each other confused because why was it such a huge deal even if I offered to pay extra that you couldn’t just slap some garlic on the crust . The manager then proceeds to cut me off and say you need to reorder if you wanted your pizza that way in a rude snappy way. The kids were hungry and by now our pizza was done so we just left very dissatisfied. Oh and I forgot to mention this was my first time ordering papa johns from this location I will never order from here again.

It seems like any order placed after 7:00 p.m. consistently arrives late, cold, and is often not delivered by an actual delivery driver working for papa johns, but a Doordash affiliate. I’m tired of placing an order (in this case at 8:25 p.m.) and having it arrive over an hour later (at 9:45 p.m.). I think the lesson is never order delivery from this location after 7:00 p.m.
