I placed an order on DoorDash to get a pizza delivered around 7:30-40pm tonight, I was send a message from the dasher that the order was delayed. I assumed it was because they were busy on a Saturday night. Later I got a call from DoorDash saying that someone else picked up my order by mistake and that they would try to get my new pizza delivered as soon as possible. I was getting updates that my delivery was delayed until around 9pm when it was canceled. Only then was I able to get a full refund. I just don’t know how this happened! I heard the person who called me talking to whoever was at the store telling them they need to check on the name first before handing orders off, after that I hung up the call to contact DoorDash customer service and they were able to help me out to some extent. Either way I’m not happy with how my night went.

Had my food delivered and it was delivered to the wrong address. It took hours to fix the problem. Why on earth would they have us track down the pie delivered to the wrong address. They said they dropped it off at the door of the wrong address and when we finally found the place the pizza was gone and the people wouldn’t answer the door. Before making it back home the police stops us questioning why we’re knocking on peoples doors… Papa John’s finally say

Ashley is a rock star! It’s currently 3am and there’s like a mile long que of orders I’m here as a door dash driver with 5 other customers waiting and she’s moving at lightening speed to get our orders out while offering Amazing customer service- reassuring and empathetic! 1. The some toppings ended up on the wrong pizzas
2. I paid for garlic parm crust and it was not put in there
3. The toppings on the pizzas were all thrown on one area, there were slices with almost no toppings
4. The pizzas were barely cut. Had to cut them myself
5. The garlic knots had almost no garlic on them what so ever
Very disappointed with the quality of the food.
Will not be ordering from this location again

I waited until 5 minutes AFTER my pickup time to go inside, so they had more time. I walk in and see a pizza on the edge of the oven. told the employee the name for the order, and she tells me to wait as she continues to count the money in the drawer. 3-5 minutes go by and she finally walks back there and then she comes back to me and says it’s going to be another 5-10 minutes because the pizzas fell. Should be more professional and attentive to the oven and customers needs, though I understand counting the drawer is important, the other employee should have been paying attention. This order would have been 15-20 minutes late because of them.

This is my favorite place to get my pizza for carry out. Everyone is always pleasant, and I’m greeted when I come in. My food is always cooked and prepped well. Very happy with how things have been running!

I haven’t ordered here in a while, and usually no problems. But this time, I feel rather skimped on topping. And the Drive Up, Pick Up option was a joke. I waited for several minutes and finally walked in to get it. Seemed to be only 2 people working, and one training the other. I know everywhere is struggling a bit and doing what they can, but if customers are willing to wait a little extra time, give them a GOOD QUALITY pizza.

Did I really just pay $1 for a single tablespoon of burger sauce?. Because of this I will never be ordering from Papa John’s again I have been an avid customer for years and I get treated like this?
This has upset me to the point where I will have to say this You can keep the pappa dough . Never again will this happen to me
Edit: I would have reported this through the app but the moment that I clicked the customer service button after going through my order it’s asking for all of my order information and I’m still too frustrated to even bother with that it should automatically know what order I’m talking about when I clicked it through that order so I will be calling customer service and I will be getting in touch with the district manager from chapel Hill… Because this is absolutely wrong that there are pre-weighing a single tablespoon and charging people a dollar for a cup of sauce

Worst experience ever. I had placed an online order for my son’s birthday party for a large number of pizzas, and I called a few days ago to confirm and was told all was set for my Saturday morning delivery. This morning while setting up for the party at 10:00, I called just to double check on my 11:15 order, and they were closed! My father in law drove over to investigate, and no one was there. I couldn’t believe it! In a panic, I called the Papa Johns at New Hope Commons and Rodney over there was AMAZING and put the order together for me quickly, saving the day (thanks Rodney!) But I will never order from the Franklin St one again, and I certainly would avoid them if planning a large party order. Just terrible.
