I called to order pizzas. I wanted 2 large pizzas. I could not understand the person on the phone due to a VERY heavy accent. I asked her to repeat herself over and over and even said I cannot understand you.. so finally I gave up trying and just told her to have 1 large cheese and 1 large supreme pizza ready. When we got there to get it the total was 37 bucks and some change. My daughter said she didn’t even get a total until they handed her the receipt. I was trying to order the family special for 24.99. It’s totally rediculous. The pizza was ok but not the best. Im very disappointed.

This is the second pizza I have ordered at the FarmVille, VA location and I did not get what I ordered. The cheese was left off and olives and I got the wrong crust. Can you image how someone would leave cheese off the pizza!! It was not good at all.

I used to love Papa Johns but they just eventually lost me as a customer after all these years. They used to be fast with delivery and great with customer service; now they are like “add an hour” after you place an order (good luck if you are starving and too tired to cook and decide to order a pizza from them). 🙁 And they get rude on the phone if you decide to cancel an order because of this. The guy just hung up the phone on me before finishing what I was saying, as I was responding to HIS question of why I needed to cancel my order. No more orders from me, Papa Johns Farmville! What losers!

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 Papadillas. I’m sure they were busy, but still should not have taken that long. I don’t think they started on my order until I got there and when I ordered online it said 15-25 minutes and it is usually ready in 10-15 any other time I’ve ordered here.
