Great carryout experience from an order placed online. Everything was correct and hot! My order was ready by the scheduled time and the customer service was awesome! I have never had anything other than a great experience with this location. I would definitely recommend ordering from here to anyone who likes pizza in the area.

I waited over two hours for my order, so we called them and spoke to a manager. The manager was rude and told us that the order would not arrive for another 30 minutes because the driver was taking an additional 7 orders along with mine. The order didn’t arrive for another hour, and the food was cold and soggy. The only thing they would give us for the terrible service was a brownie that would be another hour before it would be delivered. I would not recommend ever ordering from here; I am only ordering from Domino’s from now on.

Was in the drive thru for 10 minutes, had to go in to get any kind of service. They were not busy at all and had 4 people working. 2 of the employees saw me in the drive thru but did not come to the window.

Place my order online was notified it was ready and proceeded to have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. And then, when I made a complaint, they tried to hand me a pizza that had been sitting there the entire time I was in the store. And then when I asked when the general manager would be in so I could file a formal complaint I was informed they We’re out of town for the next 15 days so I spoke to the “acting manager “where I found him to be rude and dismissive. I will not be returning.

Leaving Farmville one afternoon with my fiance, she asked me if I wanted to stop by Poppa John’s on our way home for a pizza. We were headed in that direction anyway so we decided to stop. Because we were so close we thought that it would be pointless to call in an order fully expecting to wait about 15 to 20 mins either way. After ordering a large pepperoni pizza the gentleman at the register told be that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went back out to my vehicle to wait patiently for my pizza. To my delight exactly 10 minutes later another poppa johns employee came out of the front door holding a pizza. I assumed it was mine so I got out of the car to meet him. The employee met me on the sidewalk, and the with a slight bow of his head he raised the pizza into the air as if it were a sacrifice or offering to the pizza gods. I just staired at him with a blank expression not sure of how to respond to his posturing. He then said in a very respectful tone, “your pizza Keenan sir”. Upon excepting the pizza the first thing that caught my attention was the warm comforting feel of the box. A welcome reprieve from the harsh chilling cut of January winds. I then got into our truck not waisting any time to open the box. Simply opening a pizza box does not adequately describe the act of unlocking pandoram, as the sweet aroma of melted cheese and pepperonis chared to perfection wafted out; sending a chill down my spine and at the same time fogging up the truck windows. After cutting on the defrost I began preparing the pizza for consumption by adding the juice from the pepperchini and garlic sauce. Watching the grease from the pizza and garlic sauce well up perfectly inside the pepperonis like little pizza tide pools, I was caught off gaurd a a single solitary tear left my eye and cascaded down my cheek. The contents of this pizza box no longer detected the visage of a pizza, it had transformed miraculously in to a cheese covered mirror, reflecting back at me all that is right in the world. I liken the experience to witnessing the birth of my first born son. I give the Poppa John’s in Farmville a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend!
