Im disappointed but not surprised. Unfortunately this business stays running due to its convenience and fast service. It’s connected to a gas station which is great for families and other people just stopping before work. There’s also EV charging also it’s awesome in its total features as a site. That’s about where the good things end. Food is not tasty. Sausage McMuffin is dry but it was BOGO for $1 so I got 2 of them. Only ate the sausage. I asked for a Big Mac with no cheese and no onions … guess what I got… cheese AND an attempt to scrape the onions off. If I were allergic, that would be an easy lawsuit. They should be more cautious and not be so careless.

I came in at 10:10 pm on June 21st. They charged me twice saying that my card didn’t go through and I had to fight with the young lady working the drive through about it! I showed her my account and she still told me to go screw myself and yelled at me. I very calmly demanded a refund for the extra charges and another employee came up and looked at my account on my phone and told her to refund my money. I asked her name so that could call her manager and complain and she refused to give it to me saying she was the manager. I have never been treated so horribly at any McDonald’s in my life and hope this location checks the security cameras and fires this lady before they end up with a lawsuit due to her behavior.

I go to this place all the time, and it never seems that they know what they are doing. They charge you for the wrong order, screw up your food, and have lousy customer service. They screwed up my order and when I called they said they’d replace it. When I came in they made every excuse in the book not to do it even though they told me they would. I’ve never seen or heard of a business that can screw up as much and not care about their customers as much as this place here. I absolutely recommend going to any other place, and if you do go here check all your food before you leave their drive-thru window because you are not getting it fixed after you pull out.

absolutely terrible experience. went in there with my mom after a long day to get some drinks and we had some dirty clothes on. service treated us like garbage because they thought we were homeless, go to this mcdonald’s if you want to be treated like absolute trash

Excellent service and food. Came here for a pit stop and decided to grab a bite to eat. I’m very happy with this place. They keep everything clean and serve good food. Staff is friendly and happily correct mistakes. Nice place.
