This McDonald’s had great service. New kiosks for ordering. The employee helping us did a nice job and was very professional. Probably one of the better McDonald’s we’ve eaten at. Drive thru and located at a gas station with mini mart. Clean interior of restaurant.

Left the RP McDonald’s due to bad service and drove right into more of it at this one. The board didn’t display the order and the significant communication barrier led to half of my order being wrong and costing me a few dollars. I think Taco Bell is onto something with their automated ordering.

This isn’t always top notch, clean, and smoothly run McDonald’s that is open 24 hours. No matter what time I go, they always get my order right I am never left in the dark and most recently. I have only been able to find one absolute flaw. The paper straws have to go. I know it’s some major advertising exec job on the line, but we don’t like them. I don’t think that McDonald’s is the cause of plastic pollution so must stop torturing ourselves with these soggy rolled toilet paper metals that work for a good 20 to 30 minutes before being unusable.

Im disappointed but not surprised. Unfortunately this business stays running due to its convenience and fast service. It’s connected to a gas station which is great for families and other people just stopping before work. There’s also EV charging also it’s awesome in its total features as a site. That’s about where the good things end. Food is not tasty. Sausage McMuffin is dry but it was BOGO for $1 so I got 2 of them. Only ate the sausage. I asked for a Big Mac with no cheese and no onions … guess what I got… cheese AND an attempt to scrape the onions off. If I were allergic, that would be an easy lawsuit. They should be more cautious and not be so careless.
Top of the ice machine has some kind of residue. I don’t even want to speculate. It should be cleaned because it appears to be a health hazard.

My experience was the same as always since the ordering kiosks have been installed. These Insidious devices are obviously designed to try to make you order far more than what intended to. All I wanted was a cup of coffee to go, then get back on the road. I was unable to check out, the only option that I could see was to add more items to my order. I finally went to the counter to order the cup of coffee and was met with a less than enthusiastic counter person. The thing is, I really like McDonald’s coffee and many of their food products. What I don’t like is being treated like a fool by their machines that are running algorithms to deceive people with every manner of trickery to get you to buy more. You Can count on me one star McDonald’s every time I encounter this when I walk into one of their stores.

Edit: This place literally cannot get an order right. Don’t bother with them. There’s a taco bell, wingstop, and burger king in the same shopping center.
They’re fast. Too bad by going too quickly, my order is wrong more often than not.

Ever since they changed the large fry to a small. I couldn’t believe it, passing off a small fry as a large! no more cardboard containers?! Truly disappointed! I’ll never purchase that small fry passed off as a large fry ever again!
