Ordered 3 pizzas, all regular crust. 1 was very thin, crispy and dried out! The other 2 had very little sauce sparce meat. ( one was pepperoni the other sausage). We were very disappointed in this order. Sure not like the Papa John’s in Carlisle!!

Thursday night my husband and I ordered through the app. Originally for delivery, but Cody helped us change to pick up since it was going to take 70-90 minutes. We order Papa John’s pizza probably once a month or so. It’s one of our go-to pizza places because of the ease of the mobile app. We save our typical order, we get points for purchasing food that eventually gets us free food, and our kids love the cheese pizza and the “cookie pizza” as they call the dessert item. It’s definitely one of the best chain pizza places out there and their delivery is great for when we don’t want to go out to pick it up.

The pizza was just OK. The toppings were sparse, and the driver forgot to bring our 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. I tried calling the store, but the phone just rang and rang. Someone finally picked up, said, “Please hold”, then hung up on me. I called back 3 separate times (several minutes apart) and still no one picked up. They might be busy, but at least have the courtesy to pick up the phone, and actually put it on hold. I had to run out and get my own soda. Should have called Pizza Hut.

I ordered a 2 liter soda, bbq boneless wings, and a pepperoni epic stuffed crust pizza on Tuesday for delivery. My daughter and I got food poisoning from the pizza. We became violently ill and both got chills, a mild fever, and we vomited and slept all throughout the day on Wednesday. Thursday we were nauseous all day and still couldn’t eat. I left feedback for papa john’s through their website asking to be contacted about the experience, but apparently they don’t actually care about bad reviews and their customer’s health seeing as that was like three days ago, and I haven’t heard back. Glad to have paid almost $40 to become violently ill.

Absolutely the worst Papa John’s i have ever ordered from. I gave my credit card and tipped 20% for delivery, 57 minutes later , still no pizza. I was on hold on the phone for 9 minutes explaining, and although the charge went through on my credit card , they ” couldn’t find my order” and the manager of store 951, Kory was very rude. She stated there was no way to cancel my order and that i woukd have to call corporate, I did and they stated it could and should be handled at the store level. All this for two large pizzas. If there was a 0/5 option , I would have given a 0. Thanks store 951.
