The service here is terrible. They suck. The people have an attitude all the time. It’s not that just that I came for one visit. I’ve been here several times because I live around the corner and they suck. So we started going to the other one across the street, but they just closed it down. So now we’re forced to come back to this crappy service.

I’m so sad to write this review because I love coming here but today as I’m drinking my coffee happily I set it down and noticed a hair on the lid and thought it was mine but as I go to grab it it’s inside the lid and a long black hair was swirling in my coffee attached to the lid on the inside. I have brown hair and I never opened the lid so it saddens me that this happened. I will unfortunately not be going back here.

They should have never closed the pickup location. This location doesn’t know how to make their own drinks properly. They do their best to ignore you at the counter and God forbid you ask for the straw that they forgot to give you.

If I could give them a 0 I would, went inside to order and waited about 15 minutes to even get acknowledged, no greeting, no one at the register, no one even say we will be with you in a minute. When an elderly woman behind us in line finally asked why no one was at the register taking orders, they rudely answered they were all making orders and that if they took orders it would still take about 30 minutes to get our order. Still no one came to the register, instead they were discouraging incoming customers from ordering. My friend decided to make a mobile order and we sat there to wait. Nothing changed! Bad customer service, rude employees, dirty lobby! Very rude employees especially the woman in the black shirt with short curly black hair.

⭐️ 1 star (only because I can’t give zero)

This is beyond ridiculous. I ordered a Tall Nitro Cold Brew and what I got was THIS — a cup barely half full. Check the photo. That’s not a “nitro foam” thing, that’s just laziness. And unfortunately, it’s not a one-time issue. This specific Starbucks location consistently screws up my order and clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction.

If I’m paying full price, I expect a full drink — not a sip and a scam. Fix your service. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Drink was very good but I noticed that they’re ice changed. I can’t even drink the boba at the bottom because of how much ice they put. So ridiculous how they filled the cup with so much ice. The one in Colton is way better. And they do not serve this much ice

Staff move extremely slow early in the morning 5:40am. Had to back out from the drive thru lane since it wasn’t moving. Some of the staff is just there chatting. Girl took my order usually anywhere else they’ll get it started after they take your order but this girl got off the register to stand and chat with others. lol. Other than that perfect place to come and chill with your laptop lol.

I went in today and the barista was really polite and made sure our order was correct. The drinks were delish’. Loved his positive attitude, makes me want to return back to this Starbucks. I went in at 8:14. Wish I would’ve got his name.
