I try to avoid coming to this one but its close to where i live. I know that Starbucks has a standard menu, worked there for 3 years. So why do my drinks always taste different here? I get the same 3 drinks only, and here they are always less sweet or taste watery. Last time I’m wasting my money at this location.

Waited 25 min for 2 drinks staff was playing around instead of doing drinks. I had to prove that I had bought the drinks which is a fair question, I showed them phone receipt and still waited while other customers had just arrived payed and 5min walked away with their drinks.

Staff move extremely slow early in the morning 5:40am. Had to back out from the drive thru lane since it wasn’t moving. Some of the staff is just there chatting. Girl took my order usually anywhere else they’ll get it started after they take your order but this girl got off the register to stand and chat with others. lol. Other than that perfect place to come and chill with your laptop lol.

This is my all time favorite Starbucks. The lobby is the biggest I’ve seen. They have my drinks down perfectly. They’re also a damn good lookin bunch. I highly recommend coming here

Overpriced coffee with consistency…and they forgot to give your their promotional pricing if you don’t watch it. Just a large Cafe Frappuccino cost you $6 as your ice cost so much that you could make the same thing at home with fraction of the cost.

Placed a mobile order for in store pick up and the doors were locked when i got there. The drive thru was about 15-20 cars deep as usual w this Starbucks location so that wasn’t a viable option. Called to cancel the order and was told store policy doesn’t allow phone cancelations and the only way to cancel was to go into the store w proof of my order on the app. The worker also noted that the doors are locked at 9pm. I placed a mobile order the previous day and picked it up IN the store at 9:10 pm so that leads me to believe they lock the doors when they feel like it.

My drinks was made poorly. I asked the barista to remake and explained exactly what I wanted (simply shake the almond milk before pouring to avoid a watery product). The barista did not do what I asked so of course the drink was not good again. I asked them to remake it again and again explained what I wanted. This time they got it correct. Also my sandwich was placed with the other drive thru orders when it was a mobile order. The staff was nice and friendly but need better training.

The service at this location is horrible! I am a student going through finals so last night I spent 35 minutes in the drive-thru to get ONE cup of coffee. The line was not long but it was taking a LONG time. When I got to the window, the cashier didn’t acknowledge me for 5 mins., she was chatting and giggling with coworkers and looking at her phone instead. When she opened the window, I asked her if it was supposed to take 35 mins to get coffee at their store and she gave me a nasty attitude and said ” You wanna talk to my manager?”, First I said no but she continued to have an attitude so I asked for her supervisor and she tried to take the coffee back inside after I had already paid. The manager said this location is constantly training and that’s why it often takes long, which is understandable, but no one should have to deal with an girl with an entitled, disrespectful attitude after waiting long for ONE cup of coffee!

I’m done with the Starbucks this is the 4th time came here and they keep mess up my order I complain they say we can make you another one just gotta wait for another 10 minutes to 15. My order was all foam and alittle coffee. Not coming here again ever. Dutch brothers does a better job. No mess up…
