Love their pizza but today I had mine delivered. Ordered 2 pizzas one with just bacon second bacon and mushrooms. I got the 2 topping the second had sausage not bacon. I paid for delivery and was informed that the pizza tipper insists he only put bacon and if I wanted to dispute this to drive my pizza back to them let them be the judge and if they did wrong then I would have to wait to have another one made for me. I already paid 55.74 for 2 pizzas to be delivered and I’ve been up since 4 am for work it’s now 815 pm I’m tired that’s why I had it delivered . Nice customer service and standing behind your product.

We frequent here. The pizza is really good, but their downfall is their ability to accurately give a time the pizza will be done. Rule of thumb: add 30 minute to whatever time your given. Otherwise I would give 5 star review.

I love pizza so much, and often just eat at random pizza places just to try their pizza. I stumbled on this pizza shop, this is really great pizza. They’re very busy, and wait times can be longer than usual on busy days, but the quality is there, this pizza shop, I highly recommend. Whenever I’m back in the area, I will stop and dine inside.

Worst spaghetti and meat balls EVER. 75 minute wait and another 10 mins when i showed up to warm 2 breadsticks. The spaghetti was definitely lacking flavor 3out of 10 no gift card was received. Let me know when I receive it

My experience with Panthers is hit or miss. When they miss, they miss big. I enjoy the taste of their pizza and the customer service is just fine. But there have been multiple times where we have had to bake individual pieces, after bringing it home, because it was almost like soup in the middle of the pizza. Very unappetizing. They show you the pizza before you take it home but it’s difficult to tell that there’s really doughy crust under the toppings. I’d love to continue supporting a local business but if I’m going to get fully cooked pizza only half of the time, l will have to give them up.

Went there twice. The first time, waited for almost 2 hours to get the wrong pizza. Got my money back and left. Second time waited for over a hour, finally got the right pizza but only after the cashier struggled to find my order. Definitely won’t give them a third try.

Its a nice pizza parlor with very good food. The atmosphere resembles the traditional 80’s/90’s pizza parlor; they even have a video game from that era set to “freeplay” next to the front door. The pizzas themselves are substantial and very tasty. They also serve sandwiches, pastas, wings, and ice cream (either in a cone or pre-packaged pint), but I didn’t order any of these things. They lose a star for this:
