When you order a drink and they make a mistake with the size the refuse to correct it or if they offer to correct it you have to wait u til all other orders are done. I cannot Lois my wait there all day because people are constantly ordering via mobile app and coming into the store. Then they lie and say that you were not charged for the drink you requested when you did. Make sure if you are paying cash that you get a receipt or better yet drive 5 minutes out of the way and go to new hyde park. Unbelievable

The service was BAD!! Giving just one star for the service, they forgot to make my order after waited there for 30 minutes in the line, and asked me to show(verify) my order instead of apologizing for their mistake, this was when someone is already making(after I complained)… and I found out they made the wrong coffee. Newly redone, this Starbucks is beautiful. And the staff at least when I go at 5am, are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Been going here for 5-6 years. The manager Kaitlyn is the coolest.

Staff is ok but for starbucks music tends to be on the higher side. Also not really liking the new interior. Also don’t see the wireless chargers on table anymore they never used to work but would have been nice if they actually fixed them now that pretty much most phones support it. Coffee and food here is still over price.

Tricky promo. Today I was in the store 254-21 Horace Harding Expy in NY. I found a promo called “Gifting on the go”. In a basket and in the storage says that. I picked up cup, that, with the discount I should pay 8.40 dollars. The cashier told me that the final price instead of that was the full price because that item wasnt in promotion. Your staff was a Iittle rude, and even I show’em the ubication of the product and the price, refused to give the discount.

I understand ice is the most expensive and important part of a drink. If the customer mention “light ice”, I think Starbucks can save some valuable ice for next costumer. I don’t know what Starbucks employee think about if they get a $5.5 drink with three quarters ice.
