I stayed in a long line for almost 20 minutes to order my food because there was only one cashier who took orders and filled out two big bagels to-go orders without anyone helping her. My food was not warm, not fresh bagel, and it didn’t taste good either. I paid $6.99 + $0.69 extra (picture) for a super tiny/mini sprout bagel flat with a tiny egg and a tiny chicken. What a rip-off. Won’t come back and won’t recommend this place.

I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade through their kiosks INSIDE their own store. Asks me for my name after I pay and gives me confirmation. I receive my drink and head out. As I’m already in my car, the manager heads to my car and asks me if I had bought the lemonade. As if he didn’t just hand me it? lol. I’m mid reversing out my spot. I say, “I took a picture of my confirmation and head out my car to show him. As I do so, he just starts walking back to the store without even acknowledging me? I say “No, I’m not going inside” he said” it’s fine”. This is not the first time I have ordered a drink and they believe I haven’t bought it !!?? I suggest you guys fix ur kiosks if you are that lazy to have cashiers. The management is horrid. Accusing me of not purchasing, then just forgets it even happened. I understand mistakes in the system happen. But you don’t treat your own customers like that. Do better Panera Irvine

This is one of the worst Panera Bread I have ever visited. It was super hot and seems the AC was not working. The screen that normally shows whose orders are ready was not working either. The workers had to yell whose order was ready. Many people congregate at the counter waiting for their food. Every customer’s order was running behind.

I worked there a little while ago and wanted to visit to enjoy some nice food. Sadly everything is a mess and the workers there also. My turkey tasted awful and when I asked for a sub they laughed and told me to “get over it” the girl working in the kitchen area is way too loud and I can hear her from where I was sitting. Visited on a Sunday. The good: good location, has restrooms, coffee is good, bread quality is good, pastry choices are good, menu is ok. The not so good: restroom cleanup not attended to as often, one of the two tablets at the entry for taking orders was inoperative, walked to the front of the counter, two attendees kept busy with various tasks and did not offer service, dark roast was out so I called for a refill, the large flask was removed and took nearly 20 mins. to get a refill back in place. No half and half available. No grated cheese and crushed pepper available for pizza! Once the refill was being replaced, an employee had swapped the dark roast flask position with the decaf roast! It seems that employee issues are haunting the establishment as well as lack of inventory and supplies.
