Food is decent but it seems like the quality has declined over the years. The prices have gone way up though. It’s easily $75 for my family of 5 to have a meal there which is crazy. We’ve pretty much eliminated Panera from our rotation due to the high prices, declining quality, and small serving sizes.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 cookies To go.. sandwiches were not labled so had to open them to figure out whos was whos, avocado was just dripping out of one of them, and it was very mushy bread. Usually pretty good- I stop here on my lunch frequently and they’re quick and efficient. Today was a different story. I swung by on my way in to work, waited forever for a bagel and a fruit cup. Bagel was burnt. I’m not sure why you would give that to a customer in the first place. Super disappointing because they weren’t busy at all.

Did rapid pick up and ordered a Greek salad with chicken and the dressing on the side as I’m fixing my salad I find a lil black hair I’m starving so I remove it and remove the food it was touching I take a few bites and everything is fine as usual I’m about to take another bite when my daughter starts to cry I calm her down and I’m about to offer her some salad and I notice something strange on the fork it’s a HALF OF A DEAD ROACH OR MOTH AND THE GUTS ARE SPILLING OUT probably as a result of my stabbing it with the fork. I am so disgusted never in my life has this happened to me that I know of and I’ve already taken a few bites. I took pictures and will be showing the General Manager the bug so she or he knows her restaurant is not as clean as she or he may think!!

I’ve been to this location multiple times. Usually they don’t refill the tea later in the evening. Today came in at 715 AM and they had no coffee ready for walk-in customers.
