Gone to this prayer for a long time. Never had worse service than today. I asked why they were charging me $9 for a $7 item with 7% sales. She read the replied the prices have changed! They have had the same board for 2 months while the prices have apparently changed. She then made a rude remark to the next people in line about me. Horrible experience

I’ve never been a big Panera Bread fan, but this location is fantastic!!! Terri was our cashier and she was so sweet and patient as I had my two young sons with me. She suggested some things and even though it was busy, I didn’t feel rushed at all. The food was great and my children loved their pizza and mac and cheese. I loved the chicken and apple salad with squah soup. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it was so so busy that it took 15 minutes to get the food. The people who brought the food were also very nice and Terri even came to check on us at our table. I will definitely be returning to this location!!!

Normally I love Panera first time coming here and I bought some food to go for my family. I get home after a long day at work at my son was about to eat this when I saw something seemed wrong. His potato chips were raw…. fully raw potatoes. I don’t know how this happens but please be more careful Panera in giving out raw potatoes as potato chips.
