Love Panera Bread. Especially love this location. It is located at the District at Green Valley Ranch where we usually go to dine and shop. I know Panera is the same everywhere, but the customer service at this location is fantastic. They really make you want to go back. The customer service at this location is always excellent. They are always friendly and helpful. Nice job Kim – the store manager for running a great operation. Your leadership shows through your employees.

The worst Panera bread! I am out of town and decided to get my typical order of Mediterranean bowl with chick and veggies sandwich. Once I got to the register, no one was there and the person preparing the order saw me and another lady in front of me and did nothing until asked him to get someone to help us. After I placed the order, I am glad I checked my order, they didn’t put the chicken on my salad as I ordered. Then after I got the food and started eating, I got sick. Will never go back again and don’t recommend this place.

This location is by far the worst, placed an order for curbside. Said it would take 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes goes by and I go inside and my order is just sitting there ready for an employee to take for curbside minus the drink being empty. Okay fine I can go in and grab it but then my cup is sitting there empty and just about anyone can grab my order and take it because no one was even around that worked there. I had ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade which is behind the counter and couldn’t get anyone to help me out with getting that mind you it is the most disgusting frozen drink I’ve ever had! And finally the manager/someone that worked there emerges from the back to help me grab that and states sorry we’re short handed to which okay I get but you should probably have corporate shut down your curbside until you can get the help you need. Or get a few employees from another store that can transfer, or just shut down this location all together. Regardless it was terrible service and a terrible drink and all around terrible experience!

It’s a Panera. It’s glorified fast food and the issues with this establishment are the same across the board compared to similar fast food restaurants. I understand they’re probably understaffed and the staff who does show up is probably underpaid. What I don’t understand is how I pay extra for extra chicken salad and still feel like there’s not enough chicken salad on my sandwich. Not to mention I heard them double check “did you put extra chicken salad on the sandwich?” So the person making it either lied, or the standard amount of chicken salad is wildly small.

Majority of the employees here are a delight especially in the evening. Kevin the manager is absolutely fantastic. Yesterday, noticed another manager named “Lauren”. She is extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. She is not a good face to represent Panera. Other then her at this location this would be a 5 star review. If she were no longer at this store this review would turn to a 100% positive. All other employees are amazing. Vanessa, Stephanie, Nuvia are absolute dolls.
