I don’t usually choose Panera Bread on a Saturday morning because in the past it’s been very busy with long waits and a lot of noise. Yesterday was a pleasant surprise. Even though it looked a bit busy, the team moved us through quickly and everything ran smoothly. Whatever adjustments have been made—staffing, training, or experience—it showed. The service made all the difference, and we were able to enjoy our time together without the usual delays. Great job to the team working yesterday morning.

After continuous disappointing sandwiches ordered here, I decided to speak out against this place. I’ve ordered here about 5 times and the only thing they ever get correct are the sides. They are also really stingy with ingredients, I was very lucky to get avocado this time but not on the right sandwich. Do better Panera. Very poorly made food in photo.

We are going out of town and I placed an order for bagels two days ago. I specifically placed the order so far in advance to ensure that I got what I asked for. Instead, when I showed up to pick up my order, 1/3 of my order was not available. I was told I could come back in a half an hour if I wanted to wait for them to make more. Basically the bagels that I ordered were sold to other people. Also, they were just gonna send me on my way without those bagels even though I prepaid. Such terrible service. I will never return to that particular location.

Good was good. The service was good. But check out my photos! The tables have ground in filth I use the sanitizing wipe and the dirt that came up was disgusting highly recommend once a week deep cleaning of these tables. I had to use the bathroom. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long and somebody removed the trash bag in the women’s stall and never replaced it so things are being just dropped off in that 10 trash can on the wall in the stall. Management I’d like to suggest that you go over the cleaning with the crew and once a week do a thorough cleaning it needs it!

Go to a different Panera if you don’t want to throw away money. The last two times I went they’ve forgotten stuff. I got two bagels last month and they forgot one of them. How the heck do you forget half my order basically. Now I ordered a French dipper and a water and I got no water and nothing to dip my sandwich in. I was supposed to get French onion soup to dip it in because you know it’s called a dipper. I wouldn’t have gotten this dry baguette if I couldn’t dip it in the thing I paid for. Also every time I’ve gone in the tables are all sticky and covered in food. They don’t have working internet so I sat at the least stickiest table just to not get the internet I came for.

Went here for lunch with my Mother. We are both Senior Citizens. To order they now have kiosks. Yikes. But Thomas helped us at the register and even turned the fireplace on for us. Turning an awkward moment into a pleasant memory. The food was delicious. We both had chicken salad sandwiches and I had chicken with wild rice soup, and Mom had Salad with hers.

Food is good, but they are slow and still miss items in your order. Then give a credit that doesn’t even cover having to re-order that item they left out. Don’t think I will be returning to this location. Which stinks

Purchased the bacon turkey bravo asked for no special sauce. Not only was the sauce still added. But nothing on this looks fresh it looks old and stale. As if it was pre made and just sitting it’s disgusting at best. And the worst part is the mistakes with orders seems to be a normal occurrence at this location. I’ve come several times in the last couple months. And each time I’ve had to park and go back in from the drive-thru. Ask that the order be made correctly as the receipt shows. Some serious retraining needs to be done.

Tonight I enjoyed some chicken noodle soup with a green tea. Everything was fresh and hearty. The staff was kind and worked fast. The facility is new and clean. They now have a drive through which is perfect for the quick grab and go.
