DO NOT EAT HERE- My wife and I had had ordered from this restaurant many times in the past for lunch. She ordered breakfast for us and without a though she put the sandwich in her mouth and instantly knew something was wrong. The bottom of the sandwich was covered in a black mold. After making sure she was ok, I took the sandwich to the restaurant and began asking them what had happened. An assistant manager came out and took my information and told me that someone would be in contact with me. Two days later, I got a call from a gentleman in Chicago who “had no idea why he was calling me”. He asked me for a lot of the same information and told me someone would be right with me. Two days later, we heard from their insurance group who again asked us questions to basically assess their liability. We told them that all we wanted was an apology and for someone to approach us to ask if my wife was OK and to tell us that this would not happen to anyone else. Another two days later we heard from the same assistant manager that I showed the sandwich to and she attempted to apologize. We never once heard from the store manager or the franchise owner.

We go to Panera quite often as it’s close to home and the food/service is always great! I recently had an issue with a drive-thru order, I spoke with the manager there and she issued a gift card to me for the inconvenience. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and we will continue to go there. Would definitely recommend!

THE STAFF SUCKS!!! I don’t expect the best service from fast food workers-especially teenagers. However, I received eyerolls from Brianna when I went back because my soup was cold. She said that she would MICROWAVE it and so I asked for a refund and she was super rude. Panera-I expect better service than at least a MCdonalds if your prices are so high. Dissapointed.

I do NOT recommend going here. This is my $10 chicken salad sandwhich with almost no chicken salad. Also, this was not a sandwhich. It was a lazy person slapping stuff in between 2 pieces of bread, all in the middle. There wasn’t even enough to spread it through the whole sandwhich. Waste of money, waste of time.

I went to this location to get two bowls of broccoli cheddar soup and some Mac and cheese. When we opened our food, it was half empty. $8 for a half full bowl of Mac and cheese is ridiculous. Then the receipts need to be reworked because it shows no actual details about the order. Just the items and a total. It would be much better to actually see how much we are paying for each item rather than just a final price.

New to the area. Decided to stop here after years of not having been to a Panera. Ordered their new spicy sandwich they have plastered all over the walls. Sandwich came with next to no sauce (looked like a Mac Donald’s jr burger sauce amount lol), and their pickle “chips” are more like chip crumbs. Super disappointed as they charged 11.30 for their new sandwich and it was a let down. Only 2 stars because the front girl Jessica was nice. Wouldn’t waste your money here if you want any kind of well made sandwich.
