So recently went here for my birthday and omg, the extra sweet and friendly staff were awesome. And it pleases me to say, very patient when it comes to myself and my indecisive crew. Lol, but they made sure their questions were detailed and showed us what each size looks like of both cone and cup and offered cups with cones to help us not to make a mess. The place is amazingly clean, smells like heaven, and always a nice treat on a long walk.

The prices are a bit high. The place is packed on nice hot days. The drive thru on these days is horrible. I’ve waited for over 20 minutes in line before. There is always a bunch of younger kids working in there. They are not always organized as to who is doing what. They could definitely benefit from 2 windows. 1 to order and 1 to pick up. It might speed things up a bit.

We come here atleast 3-4 times a week, we get the same items everytime. My husband and I both wanted fusion flavors, he was given hard ice cream we left because we were in a hurry and didn’t realize it at the time. He ended up throwing it out. We came back to let them know so they could make it right and the girl at the window was very polite but I’m guessing she went to someone who was in charge there. When the woman came up to the window she instantly treated him as if he was stupid. And she had asked where it was and said if he would have said something at the time it would have been a lot smoother. And sure it would have but like I stated and as he told her he was in a rush. So she said “we can give you your money back?????” And he said no never mind. He would have given the money back to her for the correct item had had ordered. So we just left. It’s much more easier and simpler just to own up to your wrongs and make it right then it is to argue back and for with an employee about something as simple as hard or soft ice cream.

They let us make a substitute and that’s definitely a plus. But we also got a 3 scoop ice cream cone where each successive scoop was smaller than the 1 underneath it. That’s a minus. Wish we could give half stars cos if choice this place 3 and a half stars.

Need to speed things up making food. Not easy keeping 4 kids occupied and listening to them ask several times what’s taking so long while waiting 40 minutes for gilled cheese and hot dog kids meals. Getting ice cream was quicker

Great service and fast! They are usually pretty busy, but you make it through the line pretty quickly I just wish they would bring back the Orange Pineapple flavor! They do have some really great flavors, and I tried the Snickers Sunday, and YUMMY!
