*edited to add, we reached out after the comment from Dominoes below. Still haven’t heard back 4 weeks later. While it seems funny to drive a half hour in to Prior Lake to their Dominoes, it’s actually faster to drive there and back, and they get things right.
I think at this point it’s our fault for even trying. We’re on round 4 of free pizza credit because each time they make a free pizza to apologize for getting our last pizza order wrong (or not making it at all as happened once), they get the free pizza order wrong. Tonight we talked to a manager to just make sure our pizza would be made correctly, and it was made beautifully. And then they couldn’t accept the free pizza credit anymore because the system was down. Like I said, I think it’s our fault at this point for even trying. Dominoes in Prior Lake gets our pizza right pretty much every time and the ease of getting the right order to New Prague is worth the delivery fee and driver tip

I love this Dominos. New Prague always gets the food right, never forgets the drinks or dips, always courteous and kind to our many pets and animals we have out here on the hobby farm. Great people and the best Dominos I have been to. I am telling y’all, I have had a few issues with other places but never this one! Our driver tonight didn’t run off and let our tiny dog chase after him allowing me to get the dog safely inside too which was so appreciated.

This is a weird dominos. I’ve been ordering here a few times a year for 5 years. Most of the time, the food sits for 20-30 minutes before leaving the store for delivery. And is cold and/or not fresh on arrival. They always happily refund it but never seem to care? I recently tried to politely ask what their procedures are when it’s busy – like at what point they will remake it or call to give you a heads up of late delivery. They said never, and suggested I pickup instead. I was genuinely nice and just trying to figure it out, and they insisted I am the only customer this has happened to, even though my neighbor continuously has the same experience. ♀️

This place is a joke… burnt cookie brownie sent out. Then the pizzas we ordered with “extra” chicken and “extra” bacon had hardly any for a regular load of toppings… so they charge you extra and don’t even give you the minimum!? Quality control at this place is disappointing.

Ordered for pick up. Was told that the food was ready and after waiting 15 minutes at the counter I was finally approached and then told the food was still baking. 35 minutes myself and another customer watched one of the staff drop a pizza cutter on the floor, pick it up, and continue pizza. We won’t be going back. Been getting pizza there for years but I won’t be going back.

Order was done by a phone bank somewhere and was slow. Delivery was fast but the pizza was awful. Everything was raw and gooey except for an inch around the outside. And very greasy. Never again.

Ordered an Alfredo pizza and open this up. The corners are a solid inch of butter and sauces. It’s so soggy I can’t even pick up a piece without the slice folding.

Editing to add my second horrible experience with them. I got a call from the manager. Attempted to order again tonight. App said 20 minutes then after i paid it jumped up to 70 minutes. I called and spoke too then to cancel if it was going to be 70 minutes. They assured me it would be 30-40. Against my better judgement i decided to wait. 70 minutes later my driver showed up… WITHOUT MY ORDER. just ooops. Must have given it to someone else.
This place is horribly managed. He said it’s get a credit for my next order but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. Ordered a pizza at 6. App said 45 minutes. Called at 7 because the app said it was still being prepped. They told me it would be another 2 HOURS before they’d get the order in the oven. The store needs to learn to change the app to reflect accurate wait times. Or learn to manage the store so orders can go out on time. Or if they’re overwhelmed shut off online ordering! If it had said it would be over 3 HOURS for a pizza I never would have ordered or wasted an hour waiting for it. When I asked to cancel they were shocked. Who waits over 3 hours for a pizza? Especially dominos. They did finally agree to cancel the order. But unacceptable.

First time ordering here. Very upset at this service tonight. We’ve been waiting well over an hour and a half for our food. They never contacted us it was going to be this wait. Then when we called to see what’s going on , the said it was extremely busy . Which I totally understand, but why not let people know? Also it was for delivery . We said hey no problem we will come pick it up instead ( 15min drive ) then can you throw in 2 lava cakes ( hence already waiting a hour and a half ) ( they didn’t even make it yet) and they said we would have to wait another hour then if we wanted 2 lava cakes . This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I managed a pizza place 15 years and never seen or experienced this sort of bad customer service. I get it their busy .but call people then . Or tell the new orders the real time it’s going to take . Or pause the online orders or phone calls till the staff catches up . There’s so many ways around this then making a whole bunch of people upset. Lava cakes are 2 inches . Instead of losing a 50 buck order and customers that just moved here.
