It’s been a while since I had panera and it will be a while before I’d ever go back. The price of a sandwich is outrageous for what you get. $14 for a piece of bread with some veggies and cheese. Was supposed to be turkey sandwich. I’m not sure I’d considered the few pieces worthy of calling it a “turkey” sandwich. The sandwich was good, hence two stars, but an absolute rip off.

My friend and I love Panera.we hadnt seen each othrr for a while and decided ti try the Panera by her house. Sadly, the young lady, Amy, who took our order wasn’t paying attention. When she said she was entering my friend’s order and made a mistake. My friend reiterated – small salad, bowl of soup. She placed heavy emphasis on”Bowl” for soup and “Small” for salad. I had ordered a bowl of soup and a full sandwich. When the order was read back, it was a bit confusing. We were surprised how quickly the order came up, and were ready to catch up in the beautiful weather. What we ended up with were the “2-deal” instead of our order. This was the first time we had been at this shop and the first time in years our orders were this mixed up. Please remind your intake folks to really focus on what the customer is ordering, even when it is not busy. The food was Panera quality, but the check in – well, retraining might be on order.

I love this restaurant! They do their best to provide clean spacious tables in a small space. They give you refills on very tasty low sugar and no sugar natural drinks. They give you finest ingredients for their sandwiches and soups and salads. What more could be better? The customer service is superb. They give you a beeper so you know as soon as your food is ready.

This is a pretty good location. it was clean and well kept, and despite being in a mall it was not too busy. The staff was nice and helped me with a couple of questions. Our order came out pretty fast and the food quality was very fresh and tasted perfect. I felt I got my moneys worth! I appreciate the staffs ability to answer questions on nutrition. I will definitely be returning to this location and it’s in a convenient place within the mall to access from inside or outside.

This is my go-to Panera! The staff are constantly welcoming and hard working, which I think we can all agree it’s hard to find hard working staff these days. I try to schedule meetings with friends and staff at this location because they welcome their customers to stay as long as they would like to! The food is delicious too

Food is ridiculously priced. They give you very little for the money. I got the footlong mozzarella! The meat literally was just 1 layer of single slice pepperoni. I paid 15 for a loaf of bread with about 14 slices of pepperoni. The salad we ordered was good, however it had almost no chicken. My footlong probably cost them a dollar to make.

Inside the mall so parking is a bit of a pain. But it has its own dedicated restrooms. The coffee is always awesome although this one didn’t have any half and half out to use, so we had to ask. Anyhow join and pay for their coffee membership as it’s totally worth it.

Showed up 45 minutes before closing. Staff asked us to use togo containers and put it in a bag when we said we were eating in. They had already put up the breads and baked goods. Much more focused on closing the store than serving clients.

After a 10 hour day at work. Ordered online for quick pickup, chicken ceasar salad. I get home all settled to enjoy my dinner and no chicken. Called the restaurant and gave them my order number to verify that I did order a chicken ceasar. Spoke to a manager, Sam, who stated it would take 48 hours to refund me, and also when I come into the restaurant the next time to give my name, and I would get a complimentary dinner. I inform him of my disappointment with the order being wrong, and that his employees need to be mindful of what us being ordered. I will keep you posted if the manager, Sam, stands by his commitment to make this right.
