I ordered a pick two and asked the cashier for extra pickles instead of bread or chips. I got my order checked for the extra pickels and they where not their. No problem i just asked. Well the girl told me my pickle was with the sandwich and rolled her eyes when i said i woukd like some extra please. She definitely was to bothered by this. The sandwich when i got home had all the chicken on one side and all the toppings on the other. Bread co did better then this. You can do better.

Polite staff. Standard options and good kids selection. However, salad had so much salad dressing it was not edible. Had to use about 20 napkins to soak up the extra and even then I had to throw most of it away.

I love this restaurant! They do their best to provide clean spacious tables in a small space. They give you refills on very tasty low sugar and no sugar natural drinks. They give you finest ingredients for their sandwiches and soups and salads. What more could be better? The customer service is superb. They give you a beeper so you know as soon as your food is ready.

The manager working was very rude!! We placed an order for two bagels and the manger red shirt looked like she was in her 40s was rude and snappy to her coworker. Says just tell him in a very hostile voice we are out! The young kid was very nice! Something needs to happen when a company allows aggressive management to oversee a team! I felt really bad for the team member working. What piseed me off the most was she rolled her eyes at me and my daughter and had no apologies! I will not be coming back to this location and will not continue to do any catering business in the future!

Ordered a “You pick 2” 1/2 sandwich with a bread bowl for $21. No bread bowl received and got the ends on a bread loaf for my sandwich (which I understand happens) and the sandwich was tiny, but what shouldn’t happen ontop of that is the size I received was a cup not a bowl($2.99 extra). Wouldn’t be the end of the world to not get the bread bowl but at least give me the right size I ordered. I barely eat at this establishment but when I have I never get this type of trash service. Thanks for making a quick buck off me never going here again. Thanks. Tell if you’d pay $21 for this tiny cup and sandwich and I’ll stop.

Food is good but so expensive. The few times I have been to this location and gotten a self service drink that station has been an absolute mess of liquid, straws and sometimes random pitchers instead of the actual drink dispensers which doesn’t seem hygienic to me.

This is a pretty good location. it was clean and well kept, and despite being in a mall it was not too busy. The staff was nice and helped me with a couple of questions. Our order came out pretty fast and the food quality was very fresh and tasted perfect. I felt I got my moneys worth! I appreciate the staffs ability to answer questions on nutrition. I will definitely be returning to this location and it’s in a convenient place within the mall to access from inside or outside.

Tried to report an issue with my order on the app and it’s not giving me that option. I ordered 3 meals and didn’t receive any of my sides. Also don’t order the chicken salad it is awful.
