I used to really like this place, however things change, the menudo is very salty. The bread is good, and also you get charged when using your card when that should be the owners responsibility. Probably will not be going back anymore

OMG! this is some damn good bread came to get some bolillo bread but nope ended up getting a whole lot of everything else. brought my coworkers and friends some delicious sweet bread. i shouldve taken some pictures but we ate it all too fast so worth it will be back for some more awesomely delicious sweed bread.

My boyfriend who grew up in the area and who’s grandpa used to LOVE this place was so excited to finally have me try it out. Walked in with masks and after we started looking around were told we couldn’t both be in there, yet they continued to allow people in. He walked out, I stayed in and FaceTimed him to see what he wanted. Right after I got on FT with him the lady very rudely said there was no FaceTiming allowed inside. As it was my first time I was not given any instruction, nor were there any signs on how things worked. When getting ready to pay I apologized to the woman up front and asked if there was a sign in regards to the FaceTime issue, to which she responded that it was her dads business and his decision, that she guessed she’d have to put one up now. Also, didn’t see a sign saying that I could not pay with card if it was less than a certain amount, just saw the sign that said they did accept cards on the door. Overall a terrible experience, yet judging by the reviews I’ve been reading the girl up front has been rude to a lot of people, not just me.
