Panera is a great place to eating with friends and family, study for a couple hours, and even working. They have unlimited refills for coffee and other drinks. They got fresh bagels and pastries everyday. Their service is quick at this location compared to others I’ve been too. Definitely recommend to try!

Generally the food is pretty good and portions are fine (even if prices seem to have gone up). I’m pretty happy with the pastries, sandwiches and soups. Flatbreads are also good. However, I have always, always, always had issues with missing items in my orders from this location! I’ve even tried calling corporate after several years of this happening, and was told that this and other nearby locations are franchise-owned, and that the district manager will contact me with a resolution. Update: Four months have passed & still have not heard back about the promised gift cards for the terrible sandwich. The manager asked for my address and said I would receive gifts cards in the mail. I have not received any compensation to this day. Overall, I still like Panera but that entire experience was ridiculous. The manager contacting me to apologize & promise compensation was just lip service.

Just picked up a mobile order that said it was ready but it never is . I had to stand in line and wait to be acknowledged by 3 employees at the counter . They just looked at me and didn’t say a word . The lady finally said she would be with me after waiting and waiting about 10 minutes. Still had to wait for my food some more after she asked me if I was going to be ordering. I told the lady my name and I waited at the counter but they placed the food on the pickup counter and didn’t tell me , then she asks me again what the name was and went and got it and gave it to me , just WOW. Horribly Poor customer service always specially today and food is good except the portions for the price are awful. Will start going elsewhere or different locations .

Poor customer service by the manager in duty on 09/02/22. She is a poor representation of the Panera Bread Brand. I purchased a bowl that I saw on a picture next to the register. The cashier told me this was a Baja bowl. The picture showed chicken, avocado, quinoa, tomatoes etc. I told him I would take that bowl. He told me there was no yogurt dressing, I told him that was fine, I’d take it without. On getting home, I realized that the bowl had little to no avocados, not a problem. I have avocados at home so I added some avocadoes. I started to eat and realized that there was no chicken in the bowl. I called the store and asked for the manager, and try to explain to her that I ordered a Baja bowl but it had no chicken. She said do I have a receipt, I told her I did not but I had the to go ticket and the card that I paid for the item with. I tried to explain to her that I did not know the bull did not come without chicken because the cashier did not explain that to me. The picture that I saw showed a bowl complete with avocado chicken and the fixings. So needless to say I assume that’s what came in the bowl cuz I was not told otherwise. Instead of her just apologizing and say in the future I will discuss this with my staff and ensure this does not happen again. She proceeded to argue with me about what I said and what I did not say. I do not care about the bowl being incorrect because mistakes can happen…what I cared about was how rude she was and how quickly she was dismissive. And hung up the phone. To the manager, you are in the service industry….provide better customer service and represent your brand better. Listen to your customers… listen to understand.

Got one of the new sandwiches, smokey buffalo chicken melt. The chicken was not fresh, had that old refrigerated taste. Also another complaint is they cannot do 1/2 sandwich option to pair w soup. They only sell it whole and take 1 dollar off if you combine w soup.
