Came here one time, so this would be my 2nd time.
Clean. Nice workers. Nice fireplace. No issues.
Had the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken and the broccoli cheddar. Still good.
Cellphone signal is good too.

The manager needs to get it together. I really like Panera, but I won’t go to this location again. Not because they ran out of bread bowls, or because the employees look and act miserable, but because the place is dirty. The floors, tables, and windows were pretty gross, but nothing I saw compared to the mystery goo in the bottom of the iced tea container at the drink station. I brought it to the manager’s attention, and he dismissed it as something that happens when the tea is frozen. I wasn’t going to risk it. Take a look at the pic and draw your own conclusion. The food was not terrible. But, as previously stated, I won’t revisit this location again.

We were asked by Nicole who was working if we needed anything to let her know when we were ordering at the tablet, in which we asked if she reccomended the frozen hot chocolate, in which she said she did and explained how good it was and talked me into purchasing it. It was indeed very good and she was such a sweet heart! While me and my family were enjoying our food and drinks, Nicole even brought us out a bag of cookies for free! She is such a nice lady, her people skills were impeccable (I felt this way even before the free cookies LOL). Give her a raise, Panera! We need more people like her in the food industry 🙂

My daughter and I came here for lunch today and the food was decent and the service was great. However, the entire restaurant was pretty dirty. The floors were gross and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile, none of the tables had been wiped down and the women’s restroom wasn’t very clean either.

I really like Panera but I won’t be returning to this location. All the workers looked miserable and were actually rude.
They were too busy behind the counter gossiping about their other coworkers to help answer questions about to go containers. and every time there was someone up at the counter they had to stand around and wait for at least 3 minutes before someone finally decided to go help them.
The only reason i’m giving it 2 stars is because the food was correct, warm, and tasted good. But the service and the atmosphere? I’d give 1/2 a star if I could.

Terrible! We dined in and ordered the new Caprese Sandwich and it had old brown lettuce, no flavor, and no Basil. The service was terrible as well! He said our order was ready and has it up on the counter waiting and the Mac and cheese wasn’t on the plate, nor the fork, nor the drink. Acted like he didn’t care. Will never come here again! The last couple times I came here as well items were missing from my order too. So, I’m done.

The bathroom in this place is awful. Toilets were cloudy and dirty . Floors sticking and not clean . This is not sanitary in anyway. Someone came in and walked out because the other bathroom was filthy

Honestly, it was a really unpleasant experience. The bathrooms were filthy and grimy and looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time. There was not even a paper towel holder, just an empty roll laying on the floor. In the dining area, trash cans were overflowing, dishes were piled up, and there was a sticky mess around the soda station. I also waited a long time just to get a cup for a soft drink.
What made it worse was the overall attitude. Employees seemed apathetic and acted inconvenienced by customers. On the way out, staff were rudely yelling that there was a 25 minute wait, which felt more like an attempt to discourage people from ordering than a helpful heads up. The whole place felt poorly managed and neglected.

I understand that you guys like to use third-party systems to place orders, but I think it would be very helpful. If you had at least one person in your store that knew how to help individuals placing orders, especially since you can’t call in and place in order. One individual on the phone was fairly rude and dismissive.

We were surprised at how dirty this place was. The microwave was dirty with spilled food. The seating area was in need of a good scrubbing. The hot water for tea was tepid.
