Don’t go on a Sunday night at dinner time. We ordered four bread bowl soups. Our favs were sold out, not a good sign, but we found others. We pay and later are told there no bread bowls (why the kiosk showed them available but not others, who knows) so we were “upgraded” to regular bowls (which isn’t what we wanted or we would have ordered that!). We asked if we could get some extra bread instead and they gave us 4 chunks.

We had a bad experience today. The restaurant was a MESS! Wet floor, no straws or beverage lids, garbage on the floor, and no one addressed any of these issues while we ate (approx. 40 min). They were also out of romaine, broccoli and cheese soup, pizzas, mozzarella cheese, and one of the sandwich breads. My sandwich looked like it was thrown together and food was just okay. I do not recommend this location.

We ordered online and didn’t get 2 of the items we ordered. It took us 4 times to call and get anyone to answer the phone. When we were able to get in contact with the Orion store they said we had to drive back up and either get the food or a refund for it. They can’t do it over the phone. It is a 20 min drive each way for us. The manager would not do anything..

Took 30 mins to get out a very small order. Drinks empty and still waiting after the food comes out for drinks to be refilled. Every table in the restaurant is dirty so had to sit outside. Staff chatting amongst themselves more than working on getting orders out. Many people waiting in line without food coming out. Once food did come out had to ask for the side and barely any dressing on the salad.

Workers can’t keep up with demand. You wait for 20 mins for a “rapid pick-up” only to get a few scoops or a small bite of whatever you ordered for over $20. Food tastes fresh, but the wait and price for what you get is just not worth it. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s only getting worse.
