I go here daily for a iced coffee or a green tea. This time I dined in for lunch. I ordered the flat bread (800 calories) which is probably meant to be shared. It was tasty. The facility is always clean and the customer service is fine. I mostly order through the kiosk so I haven’t fully interacted with staff.

This location gets 2/5 stars because that’s the number of orders they’ve gotten correct my last 5 trips (spanning 2+ months time). I’ve had items completely missing, and two incorrect items my last two trips (I’ve been checking I have all of my items since mistake #1 at pickup but haven’t been deep diving into the bag and opening things, which I obviously should have).

My son worked here a grand total of 3 days, and this was 3 months ago. They still have yet to pay him. Keep getting the runaround from the general manager, who honestly is quite rude and snippy. Guess I had better call the corporate office and straighten this out myself. Waited several times to hear back from her, as she even has my personal number. Highly unprofessional. If someone works for you, even if it is for 30 minutes, YOU PAY THEM!!!

I ordered a Mediterranean bowl and clearly specified NO chicken, no feta cheese, and no yogurt. I assumed because the cashier’s customer service was great that my order was right. WRONG. Thankfully before taking a bite, I forked through the bowl and there it was.Chicken in my Mediterranean bowl. This immediately made it completely inedible for me. Will I go back for a refund? No, it’s a waste of time at this point and my husband decided that he’ll eat it. So, at least it isn’t a total waste but whomever took my order and didn’t catch/disregarded a clearly stated “No Chicken” can kick rocks.

Ordered to go and my chicken noodle soup had no veggies or noodles, and so salty that I couldn’t eat it. Never tasted a soup from Panera as bad as that one. And I got home and realized they never gave me the cinnamon roll I ordered. Do not recommend for to go, go to another location.

EDIT: Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Yesterday I went in and the mango charged lemonade had been emptied, they were cleaning the container before filling it up again. Today I got the charged lemonade and it tastes like it should. So it seems the sour taste IS in fact from old charged mango lemonade. Hopefully this location stays on top of cleaning/changing out the drinks sooner. Will update again if anything changes.

I ordered the avocado egg white and spinach breakfast sandwich and this is the second time in a row the avocado looks rancid and gray. Also I’m pretty sure they put whole milk in my latte when I ask for almond. It also tastes like more milk than actual coffee. If you don’t have almond milk just say that cause otherwise it just seems like you’re out right trying to be rude by purposely messing up the order. It feels like 9/10 times I order a drink here I always regret it. I keep trying to give them another chance but most of the time nowadays I wish I had gone to Starbucks.

We ordered food at the drive-thru and got our order confirmed. We pulled away to check the food because there was a line at the drive thru. They didn’t give us our receipt or one of our meals. When I went in to tell them they were very rude and the manager, Lulu, proceeded to talk bad about us in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand.
