I had an order delivered last night. I ordered onion soup which was good. I also ordered a smoothie which I did not receive and a half of a Cobb salad. Y’all, this Cobb salad was more than $10 and was so small it fit in my hand. It was clearly prepackaged and the presentation was not up to par. I couldn’t eat it bc it looked so unappetizing. The avocado was rotting and the bacon bits just looked disgusting. This was NOT a Cobb salad, it was garbage. If I could put a negative review, I certainly would. Just to be clear, I am not a complainer, but this one deserves it.

Ate lunch there today. I asked if I could have whole grain bread instead of the banquette. Depending on whose working, sometimes they say a flat no. But today the cashier said yes. But, lo and behold, they were out of it. She offered me a roll. When I got my food my “roll” was a hamburger bun. I went back up and she swapped it for a banquette but was condesending about it. I will never understand why 20 somethings think it is o.k. to talk down to people old enough to be their grand parents!

We ordered this afternoon in drive thru and the majority of our order was incorrect! We went back to the restaurant and got our food made up correctly except, this time the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese was under temp not hot at all. The smoke house barbecue chicken sandwich had barbecue the size of a nickel and somehow had a raw piece of chicken on the sandwich. I requested a complete refund of the ticket. We were repeat customers since Panera opened. The food and service has went to pot and the prices for the portions you get is outrageous! We will not be back to this Restaurant location again!

Their always so nice. I been sick and get the chicken a wild rice soup every time I get sick. My dad went to go pick it up and they wrote “get better soon” on my cup with a piece of paper. It was sweet! There food is great always good when your under the weather too. One of my favorite! Food great and so is the customer service!

Went in with my 2 daughters, told the cashier we’d never eaten here and she was no help at all with the menu. Then proceeded to act like we knew that the iced coffee was out in the lobby. What kind of iced coffee is left to the customer to make when you pay that much for it. There was no sugar, or cream. Only half n half. Then when we were done, I was waiting on one of the employees (she was cleaning the trash cart out) which is totally fine but… she got upset because I was standing by her and she turned around and snatched my plate right out of my hand and threw it in the bin. Florence really needs to adjust some employees or put Them through some serious customer service training.

As a former employee of Panera Bread on Commonwealth Ave in Boston, this restaurant chain holds a special place in my heart. And it has been a family favorite for years. Until our last 2 visits to the Cox Creek site. Both times the food was poorly made, every menu item was missing something, ie no cheese for Ceasar salad. I could go on. The restaurant was FILTHY while the employees sat around playing on their phones. Stacks of dishes next to the garbage. I’ve never seen a Panera location this bad. While I won’t hesitate to visit a panera location again it won’t be Cox Creek.

Food is good but my last 5 orders have been wrong! I usually go through the drive through and I have learned to check my order EVERY single time. A mistake every once in a while I get but this is ridiculous!!!

Honestly, the place is fine and the food tastes pretty good. I just can’t rate it higher because of the high cost and small portion size. I’d get out cheaper going wild at a steakhouse and have triple the food. Seems pretty healthy fare, but it comes at quite a premium.

We love the food from Panera! This used to be our “go to” place when we would go into Florence or wanted to eat out. We love the fact that this company has elected to serve clean food (one of the only ones in this area). However, the condition of the facility has gone downhill! I have noticed this over time and today all the tables were dirty. We had to clean a table and the seats to sit. There were several tables open but dirty. There was trash all in the floor, and no soap in the bathroom (which leads me to wonder how staff are washing their hands after a visit)! During our entire stay not once did I see anyone clean tables or floors. The manager is even sitting amongst the customers in the dining area so all of this can be seen by the manager. The total lack of responsibility make me question whether this restaurant is worth eating at.
