Radically Transformed
I’ve been there two times and ordered the flatbread and it’s supposed to have grape tomatoes on it. Instead, they put the humongous to tomatoes that go on sandwiches on it after I pacifically asked them for grape tomatoes which is supposed to come on it and their response says they are out of them once they give me my food so they’ve made it wrong twice and it’s just really bad that they don’t have the proper food for their items. I guess they should make sure that they’re stocked up on their items and then when I asked for a refund they were really rude about it. I will not go here again.

My GF and I went on the 4th of July. We went inside and there were no customers inside. We just ordered 2 sandwiches and chips. It took 45 minutes, and the employees were just standing around and talking. We asked, very nicely, what’s the hold up, and the guys gave us an attitude. Then when we got the sandwiches l, they were cold and not put well together. I can understand if they were extremely busy, but there were no customers inside. We were both disappointed and upset.

This is my favorite Panera – it’s the best of all the ones I’ve visited. The order takers in front are thorough and always remind you of your options for your sides. The food servers are friendly and always get our orders right. The food preparation team are good as the meals are always consistent in amount, quality, and temperature. The coffee is always good. The beverage station is well-maintained. We barely encounter any issues, if any. And the WiFi is super fast. They dining area is huge and tables get cleaned immediately. They also have a drive thru here. They do not have the self-ordering kiosks yet, but that’s ok. Some of our favorite servers here are: Michael, Kyle, and Brandon, who all do a great job.

From ordering of our food, to enjoying our meal, the total service delivery today was great. I was over hearing the GM talking with her staff back in the food prep area, she was very patient and spoke with respect to everyone. I can tell that her leadership is maki g all the difference. The five stars are for Mike, who took our order and served our group of 12. We were very happy with the service, he made great conversation and asked us all how our day was going. There was a small mix up with a salad, which was not a big deal, and who we assumed to be the manager (another employee told me her name was Adja or Andrea) took to yelling at Mike from across the counter for the entire restaurant to hear. She told him the salad would come out of his paycheck, and then, instead of doing something productive with it, had it put on the trash bin for everyone to see. Our group did not appreciate the way she spoke to him, and allowing the salad to go to waste as if to prove a point.

Stopped here on my way to work there was one car who pulled up before me. When I got to the speaker no one greeted me even after I said hello. Then the cashier Jessica comes on after about 5 mins and says give her a minute. Then when she did start taking my order she kept asking me to repeat myself because she was tryna to take my order and take the money from the lady who had ordered before me. Once I pulled up to the window she opened the window half way but didn’t greet me because she was too busy taking the ppl order behind me. Once finished she just tells me my total, without greeting me. She comes back with my drink and bagel, hands it to me and closed the window. I like Panera Bread but poor customer service and slow service seems to be the norm at all locations.

I write this review as I sit in the restaurant with my best friend at 8:19pm. When we walked in around 7:30pm, there were quite a few people waiting for food, in front of us, and another few that walked in after us. My friend and I sat with our drink as we waited for our food to come out, and slowly started to realize the wait time was longer than expected. We saw the curbside pickup parking spaces fill up and then realized there were a lot of orders that must have come through within a matter of minutes. There was a lot of hustle and bustle for a while, then we started to see people and cars leaving. Once we finally got our food, and heard the last order go out, we heard the team cheer & celebrate the triumph of their late night rush. As they started to clean up, you’d hear the occasional “it’s okay, we’re almost done”. Honestly, I’m writing this much detail to really try and capture the beautiful sense of camaraderie, teamwork and culture that the workers have amongst themselves. Even with all the hectic chaos, they never lost respect for each other or their customers. They were exceptionally perfect with their customer service & 10/10 would come back (at an earlier time lol).

Waited in line at the drive thru for awhile and no one asked to help me. The restaurant was not due to close yet. We spoke into the speaker still no one answered and then drove around and all of them with gathered together in the kitchen. Poor poor poor customer service or shall we say no service
