We ordered from the kiosk. Our food was ready quickly and was good. The store was out of napkins in the dispensers, there was trash on the floor, and most of the staff were not paying attention to customers. A group of staff members were standing at the front counter and loudly talking through our time there. They were using inappropriate language and the atmosphere felt like a high school cafeteria.

This must be a joke. This is “half” a salad for $10?! I got 1 1/2 pieces of chicken, half an egg and about a cup of greens. On top of that, they “were out” of the supposedly in house made dressing it’s supposed to come with. I can go to Salad and Go and get triple all this for $7. Panera is officially off my list of restaurants to patronize. Pathetic.

I wouldn’t order food here it is so dirty. People are nice but every table and crevice has crumbs. You stick to the floor when you walk on the non carpeted areas. If this is how they treat the part of the restaurant the public sees I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. People are nice.

Picked up our to-go order and everything was ready when we got there. The young girl at the counter was so attentive and quickly helped us switch a pastry item that was no longer available. We got some bake goods and a couple bagel sandwiches and everything was delicious and warm. Also, the papaya green tea is so unique and the cold brew was so refreshing. Thanks Panera!

Panera is just so awful now. Sandwiches are horrible and service is terrible. Specifically asked twice about bread coming with soup and was told yes it comes with bread. Instead we received 4 bags of chips. Even says on receipt 4 sides of French bread. Just pathetic. Sandwich has hardly any meat, no cheese and no sauce.

This is at least the 5th time they have screwed up an order. And not by a small amount. Wife and I got half of our sandwiches. Literally missing half of the actual sandwich. How do you even do that?! Previously we have had food missing, burnt, and late. Had to wait 20min for them to make a to go order when I arrived to pick it up… 45min after I ordered it. The only positive thing I can say was each time an employee tried to make it right by offering free pastries.

Absolutely disgusting. We have given this place a try so many times, they are always out of everything even first thing in the morning, keep you waiting 30 minutes for breakfast sandwiches, then get order wrong and it tastes terrible or looks unappealing/missing meat etc…. Today we went inside and will never be returning. It was absolutely filthy in the coffee area, dining area and the restrooms. Floors were sticky and carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Girl behind counter was on her phone and failed to get us our bakery items and when we asked her she said it would come out with our sandwich. Surprise! It did not. About 6 employees and none of them busy. Everything grimey. I can only imagine what their standards are for the kitchen. I was so disgusted I couldn’t eat my food. Pathetic and needs to be closed down. Don’t waste your time or money!
