Food was good but the restaurant was a mess! Literally every booth and most of the tables were dirty. The self-serve drink area floor was so sticky that I almost lost my balance when stepping away! The staff was aware because a cone had been placed near where an obvious spill was.

Panera Bread is usually fairly generic but the food was really good and fresh! Baked good were still soft and the salads were great. Service was really good. They reminded me of coupons I could use and the staff in the kitchen asked if I’d like to substitute an ingredient since they ran out. Atmosphere is usually always nice. Clean store and fairly quiet.

Panera is excellent foe a quick bite at a reasonable cost. This place was brown located with a lot of parking. Services was good and fast. The food was really good for what Panera offers. We would go back there if we need it and want that style of restaurant.

Elizabeth was wonderful! She took our order at the register and she has the bubbliest personality. Elizabeth greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed! She has amazing customer service skills and we were super pleased with our meal this afternoon! We will be back!

Nice place to stop in for lunch. I have eaten at many Paneras in different states and this one is in the top 10. The only con was they were out of bread by 12:00. A little odd for a bakery/restaurant to run out and then have no plans to make any more. Location is pretty central to a number of shopping areas but at certain times of the day it can get pretty crazy. We enjoyed a couple of their new baguette sandwiches. I would recommend the pepperoni melt!

Arrived around 1:30pm, May 14th, Mother’s Day. Ordered two (2) “You Pick Two” orders with tea and scones as complements. Before arriving, we had noticed several negative posts from other reviewers. Our experience today was actually VERY positive with not only the food, but most importantly the service. Interacted with different team members for different requests and all were very polite, friendly, and helpful. It’s understandable that bad experiences can happen, but just wanted to include actual good experiences as well. Keep up the good work Panera Bread team and thanks again for today’s Mother’s Day hospitality!
