I’ve been frequently dropping by Panera Bread recently and it’s been a consistently good experience. The store is clean and well-arranged, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, adding to the overall positive feel of the place.

Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes when I walk in the cashier just looks at me and I have to greet them first which is awkward. The food is nasty. Today I had a half sandwich, half salad combo, and an orange scone. The chicken had a weird texture and some pieces were slimy. The chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich had no flavor. With the salad, the lettuce was brown and soggy. The only thing I would order again is a beverage or pastry because the scone was good. I would not recommend this location but maybe the quality of Panera Breads meat and produce are just bad in general.

So I frequent this location a lot and I tried the charged Strawberry Lemon Mint lemonade today and it’s OFF THE CHAIN! Best location in towns at least in this Midtown/Downtown area! They also have a dog-friendly patio as well.

I stopped by this place during my trip to Houston and I must say, I was impressed. The inside was spotless and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My food came out hot and fresh in no time. And the outside of the restaurant was stunning too! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I used to absolutely love Panera bread but I am so disappointed at the quality of their food that I don’t even want to bother going there anymore. I had the half soup and salad, but a good portion of the soup was missing even before I opened it and then my salad wasn’t fresh as you can tell by the photos. There needs to be some sort of quality control in place before food is given to take out orders because this is unacceptable. When I actually tried to taste the salad, it smelled like something was spoiled. I’m not coming back to this location ever again.

My experience today pretty much explains why businesses fail. No one working at this location cares about the success of the overall store. No cups at the drink station, I have to ask an attendant. No paper towels in restrooms. I asked the cashier if more paper towels could be sent to the restroom and she said I had to ask an attendant (and pointed to the kitchen window). I asked the kitchen attendant if it was possible to get butter, and he said I had to ask the cashier. This is Not how teams are supposed to work. Additionally, gift cards don’t work at the self order kiosks, you must visit the cashier.
