I had a great experience at Panera bread, one of my daughters is vegetarian and she asked for a Caprese baguette it was huge, it contained tomato, basil, green goddess dressing, mozzarella and arugula very healthy and fresh, my other daughter is not a big fan of vegetables so she asked for Mac and cheese bowl, they look pale and bland but very flavorful, and for me I did ask for Baja bowl with chicken it was packed with colorful flavor palette it was filling yet light… love it

Can’t say much bad about Panera. Slightly overpriced but good food always comes out pretty quickly and never had an issue anytime I’ve come. If you’re a fan of sandwiches and soup this is the place to come. The breads are always made fresh and the quality does feel better than other places.

My husband had a full sandwich, a small Mac and cheese and a drink. I had half sandwich, a small bowl of Mexican corn chowder and a bottled water. Total price was just over $40. My food was really good, but not worth paying $40 for 2 people to eat at a fast food place. The sandwich my husband got had horseradish sauce on it (which he didn’t realize when he ordered), so he didn’t like his sandwich. Not sure I’ll ever come back simply because of the cost.

This place became very expensive compared to the value it is giving . I take a bowl with soup and paid $17 dollars total ! The bowl had only 4 PCs of thin chicken slices . Really! This much chicken cost that ! Also only few crumbs of feta cheese and a hand full of quinoa. Taste is not good either as chicken smells.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Panera Bread. The restaurant was very dirty, and the floors and tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. On top of that, the chicken chili I ordered was cold and lacked flavor. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but cleanliness and the temperature of the food should always be a priority. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future customers.

Zero star review. First in the drive thru I was greeted and asked for a min then 10 seconds later was greeted again and asked the same questions I had already been asked like I was a new vehicle in drive thru. They got our order wrong, we wanted the stuffed Mac and cheese sandwich but got 2 mac and cheeses and one was half full and the other 3/4, $10 ea for this Mac and cheese btw and not even full. The chicken Caesar salad had like 3 pieces of chicken in it, the teriyaki meal had hardly any food in it. I’ll be DEMANDING a refund tmrw!

I have eaten the same bowl multiple times at this place. I was disappointed this time the portion was less quantity than usual. I asked for extra chicken and I honestly don’t think they put it on. Everytime I come it’s a long wait and I’m always missing items. I always let it go bc I’ve worked In the service industry and understand also how short staffed places have been. But at this point it’s been a complete waste of money. This location specifically has been a bad experience and I waited about 2-3 visits to decide I’m not going back and I’m writing a review because I want my money back. I got the turkey chili and it literally had a feather in it. Not a hair. A FEATHER. My husband didn’t t believe me and looked through it and saw for himself. Not to mention one of the soups we ordered was all broth and noodle and had 0 chicken or anything else in it. As I said, slip ups are understandable but this is just my most recent experience. Everytime I’ve given them feedback at the store they just say “oh” and give me what I’m missing. It’s just overall disappointing service.
