In my experience the last couple of months sandwiches are good, soups fair not the best, and salads hard no. Recently paid $12 for a sad looking salad. Its comparable to a Mcdonals salad which is not the best. Also very small piece of bread, where in the past they were a very generous size. Definitely expect higher quality from panera; unfortunately, it’s just not there. This will be the last time I go here for a salad.

This is the 2nd time in TWO weeks I’ve had an issue with this Panera bread location. The 1st time I decided not to write a review but this time I can’t not speak up. Not only was my order messed up last time and the cream cheese they gave me was already open (after watching them handle my food with dirty gloves), this time I get a chicken salad sandwhich and there’s A PIECE OF METAL WIRE in my sandwich!! I nearly swallowed it and almost cut my tongue! I hate writing bad reviews for places cause I don’t want to be a typical angry customer but this is Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! and management staff need to reach out ASAP.

I really like Panera. I really want to like this Panera location, since it’s very convenient for me. Sadly, they just can’t seem to get things right in the years since opening – they’re always short staffed, or missing key ingredients (sorry, no meat or avocado or tomato or lettuce today, but here’s a stale fraction of a baguette!), or randomly closed during normal hours, or marking orders as done before they’ve started making them, or missing coffee from the coffee bar, or missing drinks from the drink area, or out of cups, or taking 45 minutes to fill an order, or…something. The only consistency you’ll find here is that something will be wrong 100% of the time.

Service at the front counter was good. Have an issue though with the food pickup for dine-in. I remember pre-covid when they would bring the food out to you – not sure why they changed that – now the customer goes to the window where everybody’s food is. Seems that is more of a risk of spreading germs with unknown people breathing/coughing on other food 🙁

I was extremely disappointed with the drive-thru service at Panera Bread. Despite there being only one car ahead of us, we ended up waiting for over 20 minutes, which is simply unacceptable. The slow pace of the service was incredibly frustrating, it felt like time was standing still. The car in front of us was just chatting it up with the worker for a mind boggling amount of time. Panera Bread needs to address this issue promptly, as it reflects poorly on their ability to provide efficient and timely service to their customers.

I come to this Panera pretty frequently (sips club! Woot!) but today I had the NICEST experience and brief conversation with Jared/Jarrett (I’m bad with remembering names and it slipped my mind by the time I got home!). Business was slow but he was making sure everything was spotless, and he was so kind and helpful, and really made me feel welcome! I really appreciated him and his kind and friendly personality, and the brief conversation we got tovhave.

The food was great. The kitchen staff seemed to be at their own pace, no hurry, just going thru the motion. The only person I saw hustling during a busy lunch rush was the GM. everyone else was just moving like snail. Didn’t se to care that it took 20 minutes for an online order to get done.

I joined the sip club for Panera a few years ago and find myself often not using it enough. When I do use it the staff is usually very helpful in accommodating and will make a drink if they ran out. Typically the restaurant is quite clean and the bathrooms are usually nice and taken care of. I don’t usually get food here as I have found the food to be a little more expensive than what it seems worth as well as the amount of food being quite small.

It pains me to give Panera so few stars, but it is what it is. This Panera in particular is not good. They frequently get orders wrong, I’ve put in pick up times for the future and they immediately fill the order, at least 50% of the time I want to buy an Asiago bagel they’re out (and I’m talking first thing in the morning)…
