I’ve been to every Panera in the DFW and this one is definitely top tier. I come by either in the morning or lunchtime after I get off of work and I’m exhausted and half dead going through the drive through and the girls that work morning/mid shift are amazing The food and Charged Lemonades are always amazing and the staff is super nice and friendly.

We love this Panera. The other day we went and a lady with red hair, who I’m guessing was the manager, was so nice. My toddler dropped a bite of muffin on the ground and was trying to get it, and before I even noticed she came over and insisted on giving him a replacement muffin for free, even though he still has plenty and we had an extra. He is autistic and the one and only restaurant food he will eat is the muffins from Panera. She didn’t know that, or how much her kindness meant.

I come here nearly daily. Service is always really good and friendly. The reason I’m leaving a review this time is because there was a mistake where I had picked up the wrong order. The team was super great about and fixed the order quickly. Mistakes happen and this one was taking care of so well that it didn’t bother me one bit. My favorite location!

5/28/2023 10am, I ordered 2 bowl soups, 2bear claw and a full size baguette. I asked the manager(Jordan) for a fresh bread because the one I got was hard and cold. She told me, it will take 10-15mins, I told her, no problem and waited patiently. She looked so mad and pushed the fresh bread to me and rolled her eyes. I took the bread from the counter and it fell from the other side. I didn’t receive my second bear claw. I noticed it when I got home. It takes ONE person to ruin another persons day. Jordan looks like she has no patient and a racist. I felt very upset because I never had this experience in Panera. Due to Jordan my family and I wont ever come to the Forney location again. Jordan is not fit to be a manager if she does not have customer service.
