Ordered soup and half a sandwich. Specifically French Onion and a BLT. Soup came warm, but not warm enough to melt the cheese. Bacon on the sandwich seemed fake like it wasn’t cooked on-site. I remember when the food at this chain seemed fresh and wholesome. I’m disappointed and doubt that I will return.

I don’t normally write for these but I will for this one.
My goal is to provide real feed back so they can improve.
I’ll start by saying they messed up almost everything on my order.
There is a sign outside that says they are short staffed. Although short staffing appears at first glance to not create incorrect orders. I feel that they are in a rush because of the short staffing which causes the orders being incorrect. I would advise them to take a breath and focus on getting a correct product out a little slower. That would be a better way to go about this. Also it shows through how measly the food is prepared. I’m sure everyone is doing what they can but some changes need to be made to improve the store.

Once again another chain has decided to swap good service for profits. First time I’ve been to Panera Bread and honestly I’m not interested in returning. The young lady taking our order had no idea what ingredients were on the sandwiches when we asked about them. She had to look them up. We ordered and when I paid I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I was assuming there was some sort of service involved so I did. We seated ourselves after fixing our own drinks. We ended up sitting across from the window they put the food up on when it’s ready. It was about a 15-20 minute wait for the food which is not bad, but our orders were not accurate and some items were altogether missing. My daughter took the receipt back to the window and told them what was missing. No apologies, just slapped together and tossed it out to her. Then she asked for more ranch dressing since two of us had salads and there was very little in the cup to put on the salad. Again she was made to feel like she was a bother. We ate our lunch which was very good, and then we bused our own table. So just who got that tip I left? I mean really…don’t ask for a tip if you don’t provide service! Us waiting on ourselves and cleaning our own table AND being made to feel guilty for asking for the food items we paid for that were missing means your company deserves NO tip! Do better Panera Bread!!

Poor, skimpy portions. The Bar B Q chicken sandwich was pricey and hardly any chicken or sauce. Couldn’t find the cheese there was so little. Second time I ordered from Panera in Forney and it was another disappointment. Skimpy portions is a generous description of my wife’s chicken bacon rancher. Another sandwich with very little inside of a lot of bread. The chicken and wild rice soup was very good. I would recommend the sandwiches only if you are a big time bread eater and don’t want much of anything inside your sandwiches.

This location is “forever” NASTY… there are few times it is not FILTHY inside, and it’s been this way for years. Food constantly on dirty tables, under the tables and chairs, that often remains there for DAYS. No one is doing anything to sanatize dirty tables or seats. Employee’s, Shift Leaders, Managers stay in the back area socializing or playing on their phones. The few times one of them comes out front, they just “WALK PAST THE DIRT” AND DO NOTHING.
Day shift workers come into a unclean store every morning, and leave the filth they see because the evening shift has left it. This has been and continues to be the single worst Panera I’ve ever been in.
The Distric Manager is NEVER around, and you seldom see a Manager out-front checking. Even the times they “take pictures” of the restraunt, they walk past and are standing by the dirty tables and floors so the pictures are not directed there. In other words, they are required to take pictures of their store and send them in to HQ, all the time not takeing pictures of the Dirt they are standing right next to.
Where is the District Manager, and the General Manager, and how and why can either of them have jobs allowing this to continue? AND… they are FULL aware of this. Previouis employees have reported that the DM and previous GM were “besties”… so nothing was done to correct this. Since the Managers here are “under little or no supervision”, the incoming employees are never property trained or held to any standards, as likely is the case with the incoming Managers.
Don’t eat here.. If they don’t care what you are seeing and having to sit in out front, imagine what’s happening back where these same employees are preparing your food!
As a last comment, the manager just walked outfront, and up to each table asking if everything was ok. He actually “just walked by what were obvious dirt and food right in front of him, and did nothing….. OMG…

I always enjoy food I order from Panera , that is really saying a lot . ✨️✨️. I ordered the bravo club . Meaty and I like kettle chips which compliment the sandwich very well. Sandwich is built with oven-roasted turkey breast , applewood-smoked bacon, smoked Gouda, crisp mixed greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, signature sauce , salt and pepper on Tomato Basil Bread. Hope your mouth is watering that means it’s calling your name are you going to answer?

This location used to be prime quality food. Yesterday January 4th 2025 the team that works at night needs to be fired and replaced. The RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY and I had to extremely long wait for my order while they laughed in the back. not only that they forgot multiple items. Furthermore the food taste like BS soup watery, bread extremely stale, sandwiches literally where not put together everything falling out.

I have been a regular customer at this location for several years, but the service has noticeably declined. Mornings are particularly slowwwwww, with younger staff members working at an unreasonably sluggish pace. It often takes far too long to prepare simple orders, keep basic items like almond milk and half & half stocked, or move the line along efficiently. Even when addressed politely, they rarely improve their pace. I’m genuinely concerned that if this continues, the location’s reputation and business could suffer. I am giving this location a 2 simply because of their customer service and the poor staff performance.

The drive-thru is so slow. I believe they are short staffed. I think being inside. I’m trapped between cars and can’t leave. I have been here for like 30mins. If you short staffed don’t open your drive thru. This is the second time this has happened in a span of months. The drive-thru is more like a sit thru for hours.

ordered soups and the manager told me they’re out of spoons both metal and disposable. Proceeds to later hand me 3 dirty spoons with food residue on them and when I pointed it out said “I just washed those”. If that’s the kind of cleaning done by even a manager, I don’t want to eat there. I asked for a refund and left.
