I recently visited Panera Bread for lunch and was very impressed with their Value Duets. For just $6.99, you get a cup of soup, half sandwich, and a side. This is a great deal, especially considering that most other places charge at least $10 for a similar meal.

The food is good when they prepare it right. Often times, 7 out of 10 my order was wrong. It’s so frustrating because I really like this store, I like me some pastries and breakfast sandwiches but even after I mentioned this to management this didn’t get fixed. I don’t edit the menu options so it’s baffling to me that it gets messed up.

Went in and had to get bagels twice because they didnt understand the concept of toasted vs warmed up. Literally had to go home and warm up my bagel in the oven for it to feel toasted. This is such a easy task but I guess they are trying to rush to get orders out…the establishment is nice and I like that I can order on my own through the kiosk but all in all, I’ll stick to the Paneras in Missouri! Looking at other reviews Im happy I only purchased a dry bread bagel!

It’s absolutely ridiculous that I’m paying $27 for 2 pick twos and the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. I’ve been a Panera customer for years and I used to love going here. But I’m sick of paying more and actually receiving less and little to no dressing on a salad.

We like to stop by Panera Bread a couple times a month. Usually good fresh food. Our service at the counter was excellent. Channel was friendly and professional. We were disappointed how long it took to get our frozen drink. I had to get up 3 times to ask for it. It’s like they forgot about us… several times….

I’ve only ordered for pick up and they always get my order right. Everyone is overall nice and the food is good. My fiancé and I absolutely love their specialty drinks like their papaya green tea and the mango lemonade. Absolutely obsessed!!

You can tell they are short staffed because I’m use to the restaurant being clean and it missed the mark. Many tables were dirty but I used my Lysol wipes so I could enjoy my lunch.

Usually I had good experience at Panera locations. It has many options for food. The staff here is friendly, but every time I have visited, I always had to remind them to refill coffee, hot water cans. I had to ask them to refill milk as well. Most of the times I don’t see this location being very busy either. Maybe they can work on that.

I ordered 2 sandwiches through Uber, unfortunately they didn’t have enough ingredients to make one of the sandwiches. I offered to pay extra to get a different sandwich but the manager said I couldn’t do that and cancelled my order. I don’t understand how the manager got that position he should be demoted. I will never buy from this restaurant again
