Responding to the owners comment. He said my review was fake, cool. It isn’t. See below. You just got proven to be a liar. That isn’t your coffee cup? It is bud, also I said you open at 5:30am instead of 5am, my bad I made a minor mistake. Check your cameras again.

rating is only for bagels, toasted with cream cheese, been going here for years and I’ve never ordered anything but this(bagel varies). service is quick especially if you order ahead. plenty of tables especially during warm weather when outside seating is available. i am really lucky to live close by one of the best bagels in jersey. street parking is always available. you might park a bit further or across the street during busy hours.

The staff here are quick, efficient, and polite. The staff work incredibly quickly and complete orders very fast even on days where they are over crowded. The bagels are delicious as well and are always cooked perfectly. The only issue is that they occasionally over stuff the bagels with cream cheese unless you specifically ask them for less cream cheese. Otherwise this is my favorite bagel place to eat at with friends or family.

Don’t ask why I’m comparing them to NYC delis and bagel spots, but it’s a highly favorable comparison. I work all over NYC and used to be a resident. Hot Bagels abroad is great, very busy (that’s a good thing), which goes to show a lot of people are like-minded. I visit the store in Bloomfield where I live, and my family and I have made them our go-to if we don’t feel like making breakfast on the weekends. I just used their online ordering yesterday, and it was seamless. I would highly recommend them.

Great bagels. Friendly staff. Dreadful ordering process/system. Why not have one dedicated cashier? The current system is that you order from any employee that’s behind the counter, they go to the grill, make your food, and then that same person rings you up… Meaning, multiple employees are fighting for cash registers. As a cash business owner why would you EVER want multiple people working your cash register? I’ve never seen any other food business work like this, it’s genuinely frustrating to watch. You have great people there, just need to work on the work flow. You will 10x your business with a better ordering / paying system and your employees and customers would be happier.

Great delicious bagels! I like this location better than the one in Clifton. As a plus, they make their own bagels.

What a hidden gem. Not only did they have 3 kinds of tofu cream cheese but the staff were super nice about checking which bagels I could have that didn’t contain egg. And of course there was EXCELLENT respect for the SHMEAR

There is so much to LOVE about this place! The bengals are the freshest in town, the egg sandwiches are cooked to order, delicious and affordable, and the owners are some of the nicest people in town! They are always giving to the community with things like a tree lighting with free hot chocolate and goodies in addition to running this gem. *If it is a nice day, grab a seat outside 🙂
