Visited for lunch 2 weeks ago. French bread was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Crust on sandwich was just as hard. Tomato soup mediocre. Bought loaf of bread, it was just ok. The lady who waited on me was wonderful.

Always have great service at this location. And it’s standard Panera food (great quality). I enjoy a large coffee (coffee club) and a pecan braid. The sandwiches and soups never disappoint. And I’ve never had a baked good I don’t like. Restrooms and facilities are always cleaned and well maintained. The tables are cleaned quickly. The Wifi is always working, too. This is a good location for meetings. Ample seating and ample parking. The staff is always very helpful. I will definitely return.

DON’T GET SMOOTHIES AT THIS LOCATION. I’ve gotten at least three smoothies now that have not been filled up all the way. If I’m gonna pay almost $8 for a smoothie that is suppose to be 12 ounces but it’s like 8… that’s just so ridiculous.. Panera is already overpriced but them not even giving you the full quantity? Awful experience today. Went through drive thru with only 2 people in front of me. Took 25 minutes total from order to getting my order. Took 5 minutes for someone to even come and take my payment. Ordered a salad with strawberries on it, they were out of strawberries, no compensation or adjustment given. Get home, and my order is completely wrong. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

So I really don’t like making bad reviews. Yesterday was my very first time trying panera so I was super stoked about the bread bowl. We put our order in at 1pm it’s stated 1:13 our order will be done we drove all the way up there got there about 1:15 it stated our food was ready for pick drive thru was a mess so we walked in to pick up they told us our food hasn’t even been started on we didn’t get our food until almost 1:50. We only have a 30 minute lunch break at our job by the time we sat down the bread was super hard struggled to bite into it.

I wrote this 1st review one year ago.This evening I ordered a four cheese grilled cheese sandwich. Keep in mind this sandwich is over $7. It was hard and almost inedible. Pretty disappointing. The crust was so chewy I gave to my dog. He chewed on for 10 minutes like it was a rawhide toy. Also ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with extra steak and extra cheese for $15. You can see what I got. 01/06/2021 Ok, I thought I’d give them another try. Ordered soup with a bread bowl and a cinnamon bagel. Found out when I got home they gave me the wrong soup and when they sliced my bagel they didn’t put the top half in the bag!! I will never eat here again. This place is a joke.
