It is no hidden fact, that Panera bread is extremely expensive. Sure, they have their competition here in town; they are also expensive. However, the staff in and of itself at this location, is truly poor. Poor Customer Service, poor training, poor sanitation, and overall makes your experience negative.
I view this location as a simple coffee spot to do a business meeting, studying or maybe a Bible study. That’s what we’ve used it for multiple times on the inside; however, their drive-through is absolutely dreadful. One of the longest weights of any fast food place you will ever visit. Overall, the food quality is consistent and their coffee selection is diverse. The quality of said items items varies.
I was leaning towards a three star rating, but based on multiple experiences, including some poor judgment calls by management team, I am forced to give them a two star. If I was judging it purely on the food, they are a three star establishment. If I’m basing it on the sit area, and the atmosphere of the needs mentioned above, they’d be a solid four star. When you can pile everything together and take consideration the staffing issues, the friendliness and speed of ordering, it goes downhill quickly. Not to mention, I feel like they never use their expedited shelving for pickups, primarily because by the time you get there, the orders are never ready. End of rant.

Drive thru is usually pretty fast here. I don’t know how they make the container for the soups, but it keeps it piping hot until I get home. I kind of forget about Panera as a dining option but need to remember more. I feel like the Pick 2 is a pretty good deal.

Frustrating!! Expensive and seems the portions are getting smaller and smaller.
Facilities are Clean & Food tastes fine as expected.
We spent 39$ on two meals – each was a bread bowl with 1/2 sandwhich.
I would say Avoid the bread bowls they barely give you a scoop of soup. 🙁 As for us – We will probably limit our visits in the future.

Always have great service at this location. And it’s standard Panera food (great quality). I enjoy a large coffee (coffee club) and a pecan braid. The sandwiches and soups never disappoint. And I’ve never had a baked good I don’t like. Restrooms and facilities are always cleaned and well maintained. The tables are cleaned quickly. The Wifi is always working, too. This is a good location for meetings. Ample seating and ample parking. The staff is always very helpful. I will definitely return.

Service isn’t that great. I ordered through the app but still had to wait for just a cup to get a drink. Also portion sizes are not what they used to be. The meal sizes are tiny and it’s more expensive. Not as many selections of bagels. The cinnamon bagel for example, isn’t has crunchy as it once was.

I’m not into this place at all! Everything has a billion questions to go with it! They’ve over Intellectualized the ordering! The pricing is astronomical! I paid 59 bucks for 3 people for drinks sandwiches and one small bowl of soup! I sincerely do not appreciate the begging for a round up of my bill for some ungodly charity that I could care less about! Why would I give my money to an entity that will only give a very small portion to the actual charity itself!? If I want to donate to a charity it will be of my choosing when I fill out my taxes. I just don’t like the place. Others do though.

Upon examining my soup order, I discovered a piece of plastic near the bottom of the cup, initially thinking it was an onion or tomato skin. However, to my surprise, it was plastic. As a frequent customer who visits this location almost weekly, I am extremely disappointed.

The broccoli cheddar soup and chicken salad sandwich were not fresh. I knew when I was eating them I needed to take them back. Now I’m paying for it on the toilet. Paneras quality just keeps declining. Do not go here.

Caprese sandwich had 2 pieces of mozzarella cheese, so was like eating a lettuce sandwich. Guy working counter counted out change and used same gloves to fix sandwich. Wiped his nose on back of glove. Ugh

I ordered the grilled chicken avacado BLT, the menu said new recipe so I asked what that included. I then asked to modify to just the original recipe with mayo, grilled chicken, avacado, and the BLT ingredients. The woman taking the order was super nice and said that was no problem. I get to the window and another woman asked if I got the “grilled chicken chipotle sandwhich” I said no and told her what I ordered and she was super nice and said “so you want it cold, no cheese or peppers (this is the new recipe)” I replied “Correct, cold, BLT ingredients, avacado, and the grilled chicken, and mayo as well” she understood. And asked me to pull out of the drive thru to bring it out to me. Super nice. THEN get all the way home, NO BLT INGREDIENTS. I got chicken, bacon, and avacado, and a chipotle sauce… sad. $23 with the soup and it’s wrong.
