Absolutely incredible dining experience! The flavors in the all the baked good and the Kitchen sink crepe were perfectly balanced, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Cozy atmosphere, great coffee and drink list. Highly recommend!

The young people who work here are very sweet and helpful every time! The dive cookie is one of my favorite small bakery cookies in town. My husband loves the cinnamon rolls. Nice shop with easy parking and lots of options.

Friendly staff, nice environment and good food! I’d like to try the bacon cheddar croissant fresh but it was really good for lunch. The cream cheese brownie was really good and if you like softer more moist scones you will love these. Overall really good though I am disappointed that they’re not open on either Saturday or Sunday 🙁

Very disappointed in our experience today. I was looking forward to my scrambled egg bowl only to find out that the eggs aren’t fresh – they’re microwaved. Not only do microwaved eggs have a less than desirable texture, it also leaves a lot of water at the bottom of the bowl resulting in wet, watery food. It was inedible. To add to our experience, one of the employees was visibly sick as she was loudly coughing. She then proceeded to serve food from the case without washing her hands or wearing a mask. As we approach cold and flu season, it may be worth having policies in place to have employees ensure they don’t get others sick while serving them food. The only positive was my husband’s croissant was good.

Well me and my boyfriend wanted to split a BLT and I’m imagining a BLT on a normal loaf of bread how I always ate it, it came in a tiny like hamburger bun that was not great it just crumbled like it was old bread that had been frozen. The blt part was alright I guess but not good enough to make me go back there. The only we went there was for a smoothie but I guess they only make them in summer. Their cookies looked good. I did get a cinnamon roll from there earlier this summer and I can’t say that was the greatest either

I’m constantly on the hunt for a good breakfast sandwich and man oh man do I now wish I lived in Helena. The “build your own” style here has so much potential! Do not sleep on these bread options. It doesn’t get any fresher than this!!

I have been eating here everyday since I started working next door. 10/10 service, 10/10 food. It’s quick, cheap, and amazing.

I used to really like the little spot but they changed a lot since last time I’ve been in. I got a giant bun with one slice of turkey in it with the smallest tomatoes I’ve seen and the bun was super dense. My husbands sandwich sucked too. Will not be going back which is sad to say it used to be a usual spot.

The cinnamon and carmel rolls were delicious. The carmel nut roll was amazing. The two people behind the counter obviously don’t like working with each other. The young lady that took our order was not very friendly. She ordered her co-worker to get our order even though he was busy. We were the only ones in line and she could of filled the order. I typically leave a tip, but I didn’t leave one today.

I have been living in Helena for about 18 months and have driven by this place countless times. A visit to Benefits hospital third floor looking out the window I discovered it across 11th Ave. and I’m glad I did. It has a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, pastries and cookies. A coffee was very good also and the whole meal was reasonably priced. The service was friendly and fast. Can always tell when people like where they work. It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside thus the name I guess, but it has a very good local feel once you get inside and adequate seating if you want to stay. A hidden gem if you will. I will be going back.
