One of the better Dunkin locations I’ve been to. The staff are nice and they get you out quick. The drinks and food are prepared well and store looks and few clean. The drive through can get pretty busy so I often prefer to order ahead and pick up in store.

Clean Dunkin’ Donuts. Nice people. Spacious and they also have a pretty efficient drive thru. But it can get pretty crazy crowded in the morning before working hours. But overall one of the nice DDs in the area and we go all the time.

They people there are very nice. I’m not a fan of their iced coffee (its a premade jug of coffee concentrate, not brewed) but I loved their iced tea and bought it daily until a year ago they stopped carrying lemon for the tea. Who drinks iced tea without lemon? Maybe in the south they prefer just sweettea but this is the north east? How expensive is it to have lemon slices available or even lemon juice packets? Other DD in NJ have stopped carrying lemon. At first I kept one of those little plastic lemons in the car but in the summer it goes bad. I used to buy donuts when I went too. So now I save myself about $15-$40 a week by not going at all. Corporate’s decision lost my business at all DDs. They are individually owned and the staff at Creskill are very nice. They aren’t responsible for corporate decisions.

My avocado toast wasn’t toasted. I mean, it’s right in the name. Shouldn’t be surprised, Dunkin’ is the absolute worst at delivering a consistent product. That goes for their coffee too.

I am not the biggest fan of Dunkin’ Donuts. However, this store needs special recognition. This is the nicest group of employees and staff that I’ve ever come across. They always have such great energy and a smile on their face and work so fast, even though they are constantly so busy, I would go out of my way to come to the specific store whenever I need to get Dunkin. Someone at corporate needs to realize that this is a model store.

I just started working in the area and this is the closest DD I can get to and was so excited because it’s less than a minute from my job with a drive through, so I can stop by before work quickly. I’ve been there about five times and every single time my order was incorrect at least one thing. I was missing hash browns once, my coffee was made wrong once, they never mix your drink so your first sip is just sugar, and I was missing a few other things too on a few occasions. I can’t go back to I fix it or get what’s missing because I have to work and can’t just leave. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Lastly, I find it very terrible that if you order off the app and the store messes up you have to go through a whole process to get your money back or fix the issue because the store cannot fix it, you have to call customer service. This place is terrible. Only good thing I can say is there are a few very friendly employees so that’s why I gave two stars.
