I had the Buffalo chicken baguette. It was good! However, the sandwich is a bread sandwich with chicken, rather than a chicken sandwich with bread. Not much chicken. What was there was good. I also tasted some soup and was surprised how good it was. Yup, it’s pricy, but the food tasted like quality food . Visit again? Probably if my son requested it again. He loves the place

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on anything in my life. But I find it slightly irritating that I’ve consistently not received my full order when getting delivery from this location. And it makes it seem worse when someone signs off on the receipt (making sure all items are accounted for) yet they’re still missing. It’s an exhausting process because I’ve found it’s not easy to get a refund through third party’s with Panera. I understand with big orders and rushes things can get crazy and misplaced. But when all I ordered is a soup and I didn’t get the bread bowl it’s very disappointing. I hope management can work on these issues with their staff.

I usually love my ceasar salad, but my 1/2 salad was barely filling the bottom of the bowl and comparatively much smaller than my coworker’s 1/2 strawberry salad. Her salad was filled to the rim with all of the delicious thing’s. Mine was barely 1/3 of the bowl – which isn’t usually the case when I order this dish. Maybe they were short lettuce this trip? I normally give 5 stars for my food at this establishment. I didn’t complain since they were busy and we were in a hurry to get back to work. If it happens again I will take the time to say something.

Once a year, I have to drive my students to the State Music Festival, otherwise I would not set foot in the mall, but as this is about the only choice I thought I would try it again. 17.44 for a bowl of canned soup (served quite cold and clumpy to make it “special”) and a bagel, because the clerk failed to inform me it was served with a loaf of bread. I ordered my bagel toasted dark, it certainly had not seen the inside of a toaster. Waited in a dark hallway to be presented with this meal, only to have to sit at a dirty table. Oh, I had choices, but they were all dirty. I think the health department probably needs an inspection, and the owner needs to know about the horrible customer service.

First visit and went through the drive-thru. For the prices they charge, they need to focus on quality control of their food! My order of half of sandwich and half salad. Per photos, salad was full of old rotten Lettuce and the croutons were just stale old chunks of bread. The hunk of bread was tossed in the bag, not wrapped up or in a container. Disgusting!

I wasn’t feeling very social but also didn’t know what I wanted, so being able to order on a pad was convenient! The chicken noodle soup and bread was ABSOLUTELY delicious and warmed me to my core!
