Good coffee and less expensive than most, especially if you join the Unlimited Sip club. Nice place to meet friends, convenient, clean bathrooms, but could use some updating.

I just come for the kitchen sink cookies and the SourDough bread! Always fast and friendly service. If you haven’t tried the kitchen sink cookies you definitely need to they are huge and absolutely amazing! They melt in your mouth and the sea salt on top is a game changer!

Ordered a toasted bagel with butter on the side and coffee. Got the bagel just warm and butter frozen. Did not eat bagel-went for coffee-it was cold, added half&half., it was skim milk. I don’t know if their owners train them or just pick them up from the street..Although I must say girl was very kind and offered a free muffin but insisted to pay.
I am visiting from Canada for couple of months. I am not going to eat Panera at all for these two months.

At first there was an issue with our order and we ended up paying to fix it. Then I showed a receipt and realized it was not our fault and after fixing our order, they gave us a free pastry as an apology. Best service.

The order taker was rude. I’ve been coming here for a while but this time kinda makes me not want to come back. No greeting nothing just the look of im bored don’t come up to me. I also asked for no dairy but she clearly didn’t hear me. I have a food allergy. Really need to train staff better.

I ordered online, but the majority of the ordered didn’t show up. They told me id have to refund or pick up the rest myself, but they’d give me cookies to make up.
When they gave me cookies to make up for this error they gave me 4 oatmeal raisin cookies which is clearly trying to get rid of stuff that doesn’t sell and just increased my irritation.

I am not leaving this review to discourage customers from dining here but I feel it is my responsibility to bring this to someone’s attention.
When I ate here recently with my partner, I ordered a Mediterranean salad which we shared. The flavor was good and the food seemed fresh, but a day later my partner and I both fell very ill with food poisoning.
I do not know if this issue is due to mishandling of food items by employees or if it is an issue with the supplier. If this problem can addressed I would be happy to edit my review as I am not trying to harm the business, just trying to look out for others.

First visit and went through the drive-thru. For the prices they charge, they need to focus on quality control of their food! My order of half of sandwich and half salad. Per photos, salad was full of old rotten Lettuce and the croutons were just stale old chunks of bread. The hunk of bread was tossed in the bag, not wrapped up or in a container. Disgusting!

I cannot find a way to provide feedback to Panera elsewhere so I’m using this public forum.
It seems like ventilation is lacking. There is an oven that spews out billowy smoke. I’ll hear a long beep coming from the kitchen. Then a staff member opens a large oven and out comes a cloud of smoke.
I only visit in the late afternoons and noticed this is an ongoing concern over the last few months. See the video below for full effect.
