Nice area for a Panera. The food and service were great. The value duet was a great deal for the Almond Chicken sandwich and the Chicken & Wild Rice Soup. The Chess board out front was neat too.

Been going to this location since I was little, managers keep this place relatively clean and the service is always quick. Great location too. Would always recommend the Warm Bowls (Baja Bowl is my fave) and the Chipotle Chicken and Bacon flatbread pizza!

Great location. Soup was warm, not hot, almost cold. Bottled water was also warm. Pick-up counter person was not very friendly, snobbish, won’t apologize for their mistake. The closest Panera from where I live but won’t be coming back here.

Great service, knowledgeable cashiers, extremely fast delivery from the kitchen, high quality delicious food. A manager was expediting the prepared to-go packages, making sure that customers immediately knew that their meals were done and ready.

I visited this place many times before and it was a nice place. However, recently they seem to be short of stuff! I visited them and ordered a big order of bagels and asked the lady there to slice and toast them but she refused that and said they stopped doing that because it takes too much time!!!!

Went to get a bagel and a soda and they threw out my and my husband bagel. I order a soda and they gave water cup. Then I assume was the manager came over and said don’t be drinking our soda. I said I order a soda. It was your mistake. I will never go back to this location. I only went there because I was in the area. The customer service was rude and disrespectful. They should have never threw away my bagel when I did was run to the car and my husband was still there. Never again. I’ll be sticking to my local Panera.

The dining counter is still tacky & sticky. It needs to be scrubbed with a heavy-duty liquid and then thoughly rinsed clean of soap and residue. It’s a basic job skill.

Very much automated system from ordering my breakfast to getting coffee to picking up my chicken scramble eggs sandwich (a bit too much sauce made the bread soggy dripping with sauce – got really sloppy) at the kitchen counter… not much of a face-to-face service to speak about, but, the place is exceptionally clean this morning when I visited.

I ordered a Tuna sandwich with some customizations. They nailed it. A lot of stores will put an extra pickle slice instead of the pickled onions I ask for, necessitating me to go to the counter to request them. Not only was my order correct, but it was made smartly. I see quite a few bad reviews for this location, but I have ordered this sandwich several times at other locations and this is the best iteration of it that I have had. Kudos!
